Did you hear about how Nico was only created as a filler character? He was written in as a vessel for Levi to come out and was supposed to stay on for long. Added to the fact that Alex Landi changed his instagram bio to "Dr. Nico Kim on Grey's Anatomy" to the Korean flag. I'm very worried that Alex won't be returning for season 17.
I’ll be honest - I’m not surprised. I wish I could say that I am, but I think everyone knew it was coming. Will definitely be interesting to see next season and if he returns at all.

Just so it's registered somewhere, I believe Nico will return to the series in late S17. I've been in the fandom business for YEARS now and even couples I though where done forever (like Gallavich and Klaine) got back together after a long absence of one of the parts. Mark my words! -DetectiveAnon

I really hope that Nico and Levi will grow more as people before they end of the show so there could be a possibility of them to become an item again, because they have been done SO DIRTY. The writers really are allergic to happiness and have something with Nico. Like, his character development, out the window... I am annoyed at the writers who thought that making him so cold was a good idea. Sorry about the rant. Have a nice day and stay healthy !! :)
yeah I agree! I think Nico started out as a character that could’ve been fleshed out but then the writer’s were like: ‘nah let’s just do this love triangle that everyone hates’. I don’t know what their plan is with Nico, but I feel like he’ll be written out. I think they’ll just leave schmico as his, despite how heavy the promotion was last year (like uploading clips to youtube, facebook etc). it’s like they decided they didn’t want it after all which is fine, but in the process, they fucked up Nico’s character
I don't think that Nico is necessarily ashamed of himself or hating himself like Saul was. He has no problem being open with Levi out in the public and he's confident about it and his past. It's like he just specifically hid from his parents for some reason.
Yeah I think so too. Maybe he's not exactly open with his parents, maybe he just doesn't know how to tell them. Definitely can't wait to see where this goes (and by the I mean how the writers mess it up. I don't have a lot of faith in them gotta tell you)
definitely wasn't intending to start discourse or target anyone in particular it's just the feeling i got from looking in the tags and the most upsetting part is people don't tag shit. if you're bashing a character tag it anti not with the name of the character, people who actually like and enjoy the character look in his tag for content and find this, that's not cool
i just hope that they don't use nico just as a prop to levi's character arc. he's amazing representation on himself not only because he is gay. he's also an asian man who's portrayed as attractive and confident in american media, that's an odd combination.
