My thoughts on the Dean Ambrose situation.

I may be wrong, but this just doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve been a wrestling fan too long to believe that WWE would announce that Deans contract isn’t getting renewed.

WWE has never done this in recent years, even going back to last year when Neville walked out and left his contract to expire, we all knew yet WWE never announced it until it did.

Just last night on Raw it looked like we were going to potentially see a storyline building between Hunter and Dean. Dean has given so much to this company, up until last year Dean was the one on the main roster who had competed in the most matches.(house shows,TV and PPV’s)

Dean has done almost everything there is in WWE, except win a rumble and headline Wrestlemania. He was the first member of the shield to become a grand slam champion and the longest reigning US champion.

WWE has been booked around Ambrose,Reigns and Rollins. It’s obvious that those three guys are who the McMahon’s can call upon and are always on TV. They’ve always been sure to call on those guys and make sure that they aren’t forgotten.

There’s always been so much hype between the three shield guys. Dean is a multiple IC champion and multiple tag champ. He’s held the US title, money in the bank contract and WWE championship.

He’s a part of the most popular stable of this century, if not the entirety of the WWE.

He’s gained two lifelong friends,his brothers and his wife from this company, and when the shield was coming up they had control in what the shield was gonna do.

I just don’t see how in 7 years, Dean doesn’t have more control now than then.

We all know Dean is so intelligent when it comes to his charector.

Yeah, this recent run from October has been shitty. But how in three months could he just decide to leave? Why not just sit down and talk to Vince and explain how he’s feeling? If it was a simple character change or more character control he was wanting, do you not think Vince would do that to keep one of his top guys? Of course he would. Someone like Zack Ryder or Curt Hawkins(ily boys) I don’t think he would. But fucking Dean Ambrose? Of course he would. The guy is a top draw and part of The Shield.

Deans spoken before about how he’s glad he got out of the Indy’s because of what his Moxley charector had to go through just to be Mox and how he couldn’t do that now.

I think this is a work, especially because of what happened on Raw last night, with him getting in Hunters face and just being ruthless and not caring. Then the potential pipe bomb that was cut off by Nia Jax.

If Dean was going to throw a pipe bomb and stayed in the ring longer than he was meant to, they would’ve sent Nia out during commercial or he would’ve cut one during commercial.

WWE wouldn’t have announced him leaving so soon, espically with Wrestlemania coming up where they need their top guys to build storylines around and sell tickets. Out of WWE’s main roster, their top draws are Becky, Daniel, AJ and Charlotte. On Raw it’s Seth,Dean, Roman, Finn, Ronda and Brock.

Ronda and Brock are draws for the casual fans. The ones who just tune in because they know who they are.

There’s Roman, who unfortunately can’t be a mania this year and potentially next. He was the face of the company and will be again. I want my big dog back more than ever.

There’s Daniel who everyone loves, because how can you hate the guy? He was everyones number one for so long. Hell, the evil vegan is even starting to get over.

There’s Charlotte,Finn and AJ who people love just for their pure wrestling ability and how well they work in the ring.

There’s Becky and Seth, who rn is everyone’s favourite, they’re at the top of their games and are getting that treatment or else fans would riot.

Then there’s Dean, the guy who has fought and fought and fought for his entire life, to get to where he is. Who was hooked on drugs and lost his first chance at the WWE because of it, then he changed up his act. He shouldn’t have made it, but he did. The WWE gave him that chance and he proved everyone wrong. The fans love him.

WWE would be silly to loose him and to announce it on social media where everyone knows, espically with All Elite Wrestling just being announced. It’d be like Vince just being like,”there’s one of my top guys, go take him.” He isn’t that stupid.

I think it’s a work, I think it’s leading up to Dean bringing out more mox, where he doesn’t care who he hurts, who he insults, he’s telling the truth and he’s gonna fight for what he wants.

Like him saying to HHH,”you didn’t believe in him back in Florida when we were riding in a $500 car. You just thought he was some hot shot, but I believed in him!” Hello, why would this new Dean charector admit to believing in Seth when he’s meant to hate his guts? When he demanded a match from Hunter and when he seen hunter walking away, just to follow him threw the ropes and be like,”Do you need to ask for permission from your father in law?” Dude, that’s totally just to get a reaction from Hunter and to wind Hunter up. It’s a typical feud starter what they did.

I think this is leading up to something at Mania, I think it’s to somehow bring out more of the Dean we know Jon can create and portray. Why would he give up 8 years with a company over 3 months of a character he doesn’t like? It doesn’t make sense.

I think their plan is to get rid of this Dean that’s a germaphobe by introducing more pipe bombs, more attitude towards athourity figures and just beating the shit out of people. Cause what are they gonna do? Suspend him? Fire him? Dude will be “leaving” before mania so what’s the point?

I think they’re going with the storyline of Dean Ambrose being pissed he doesn’t get what he deserves, he’s been treated like dirt and always been a third when it comes to Seth and Roman. Vince has always believed in Roman, HHH’s first NXT baby is Seth and Hunter will always have Seth’s back. Hunter was the reason Dean lost the shield the first time around. And he never got the pay back for that. Seth and Roman have both versed HHH at Mania, why not have Dean do it as well.

They said they were bringing in a new era into WWE, what better way to do it then have it feel more real by having Dean Ambrose of all people cutting loose and being Mox? To have a hardcore match at Mania against the creator of the attitude era and the guy who we all wish could’ve been a part of it.

What if it’s just a way for WWE to slowly say goodbye to the PG era by having Hunter and a more ruthless Ambrose going one on one at Mania?

I just, i don’t think WWE would announce it so soon. Especially with a star like dean.

I could be in denial, but I won’t believe this until I see it with my own two eyes.

I don’t think Dean would show up in another wrestling company either, he’s far too loyal for that shit.

Also, adding this in because idgaf and my shield heart called for it. Do you really think he’d give up his wrestling soulmate and best friend, his brothers? They’ve got an unbreakable bond. They’ve all said when they retire from wrestling they wanna do it together in a last shield triple threat. That’s how much they care about each other, they joined the main roster together and want to leave it together.

They’re the boys who all held the wwe title on the same night,I just don’t see this bond being broken because of something as little as a charecters development.

Thank you for giving Jon, Colby and Joe a chance to shine on the main roster.

Thank you for giving three young men the opportunity to follow their dreams after having troubled pasts and giving them the will to live and fight.

Thank you for giving the three of them the brothers that they need.

Thank you for giving Joe his two younger brothers that give him the will to fight for and protect at all costs. For giving him two brothers that he’s been able to experience the world outside of Florida with and that allow him to act like a child and that constantly make him laugh and smile. Thank you for giving him two brothers who will always love him when the rest of the world wouldn’t.

Thank you for giving Jon the older brother he needs to steer him in the right way with Joe and the younger brother that he has to remember to be better for and that brings out hisn childness in Colby. Thank you for giving him two brothers who care for him and treat him like a family he never had.

Thank you for giving Colby an older brother in Jon that he has to be strong for, that he can get into mischief with. For giving him an older brother in Joe that he wants to make proud and look up to, for giving him two brothers that accept him for who he is.

Thank you for letting them grow into the main event stars they are today.

Thank you for giving them the opportunity to be two Royal Rumble winners, two money in the bank winners and three grand slam champions and Wrestlemania main eventers.

Thank you for having all three members be WWE champion on the same night.

Thank you for the ride alongs, the two chronicles and the WWE 24.

Thank you for creating three future two time hall of famers.

Thank you for their brotherhood, their family and love for one another.

Thank you for the triple power bomb.

Thank you for the double suicide dives.

Thank you for the shield fist bump.

Thank you for being the hounds of justice.

And Thank You for letting us believe in The Shield.

If this truly was the last time, the match was perfect. It was nostalgia, it was emotional and it was everything we loved about The Shield

Honestly, that match has made me more emotional about Dean leaving than I was before, even i didn’t think that was possible. It just held so many emotions. The Shield will go down in history for all the right reasons.

My honest thoughts on Roman Reigns.

Honestly, I’m happy as anything to see these pictures of him in a movie along side the rock.

Like, okay. I’ll be the first to admit I’ve had some “eh” feelings towards the rock but that’s just my opinions.

BUT YOUR GIRL IS LIT AF ABOUT ROMAN BEING IN THIS MOVIE. I’ve never seen Fast and Furious before, but I’ll be watching it for Roman.

We’ve all known he’s been in Hawaii for the past week+ all thanks to Joe Parker, our lil saviour💕

And I’m so happy to see Roman living his life to the fullest RN and having fun.

But, here’s were the sister tea is gonna be👀 hold on tight, sit down and enjoy. 💁

But how fucking dare some people, sit and fucking throw their trashy allegations about🤮

Some of y’all were the first ones here, to cry and say how much y’all feared for Roman and prayed that he got better.

But as soon as he’s seen filming a movie, it’s all a “work” and he’s “not ill”🙃

It’s fucking 2019, Roman is a part of one of the biggest business in the world and IS THEIR GUY. (Sorry Seth, i love you) do you really, really think that Vince isn’t funding for a part of his treatment in the slightest? Do you think he’s really not getting THE BEST medicine he can??

Just because he’s able to get up and live his life to the fullest and because he’s not lost his hair doesn’t mean he’s faking it. 🙄

There’s so many different treatments to leukaemia and it all just depends on the type he has!! There’s blood transfusions, bone marrow transplants, stem cells and more!!

Just because Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the most known about because they’re the oldest and normally the last resort does not mean he’s receiving them.

Yeah, chemo does make your hair fall out but it sometimes doesn’t always make you loose it all! A lot of people just shave there heads because it’s too mentally draining losing clumps and others loose it all to chemo.

There’s also a thing called a cold cap(it pretty much makes your head freeze and then go numb after 15 minutes) which helps prevent hair loss during treatment.

SO IF YALL DONT KNOW HIS TREATMENT, IF YALL AINT HIS DOCTOR. YOU CANT SAY JACK FRICKEN SHIT. 👏

Honestly, good on Roman!!! He’s doing something that’s quite clearly making him happy and have fun whilst he can’t be wrestling for us.

I’m fucking glad he’s found a hobby whilst he can’t wrestle because it’s so much fucking better for him than just sitting at home worrying about life!

It’s so different from him travelling 5 days a week, spending 30 minutes a night in a ring, physically draining himself and mentally when he has to drive hours to the next town over.

He literally is doing something as close as he can get to WWE, he’s doing something to entertain people. Instead of cutting a promo in front of a live crowd he’s doing it in front of camera crew and directors. If he’s feeling drained after an hour on set he can go and rest! If he’s feeling up to doing 8+ hours on a set he can.

You may know the character he protrays on TV and that is it.

You don’t know what’s going on in Joes personal life. Leave the man to recover the way he and his doctors feel fit.

Honestly, some of y’all really don’t deserve him for doubting his illness.

Honestly, I was thinking of Romans return and fuck, I couldn’t help but to write this.

Honestly, when Roman returns, I don’t want it on RAW or a random PPV.

I want it at Wrestlemania, I want it to be the main event of Wrestlemania. I don’t want anyone knowing about his return, not even Seth or Dean.

I want Seth and Dean to be in the main event of Wrestlemania. I want them to be versing one another for the vacant universal title. I don’t care who’s heel,who’s face.

I want it to be a triple threat, but whenever someone was qualifying to be the third, Seth and Dean are told to take them out. I want Seth and Dean to act like all they care about is for them to be facing one another, because this isn’t about a third, this is about them. One V One on the biggest stage of them all.

I want The New Day and The Usos hosting wrestlemania. I want them to make it fun, to make everyone laugh in between the matches by how much charisma they have with one another.

When Seth and Dean are in the ring, facing each other down, ready to put on the biggest fight of their lives. I want the new day and usos to come out.

I want the five of them being so confused by what’s going on as they’ve been told to announce there will be a third added into the match.

Jimmy comes out all confused,”well, myself and Uce have no idea what’s going on here.” Jey will lift the mic up and shrug,”I’m just as confused as you are.” Kofi will look between the four of them, trying to puzzle what’s going on,”we’ve just been told that Vince isn’t happy without the triple threat going on.” And for Xavier to lift up his mic and hold franchesca whilst looking at the crowd, “HHH and Vince are currently trying to figure out who’s going to be in the match right now. But who is it going to be?” And for the four of them to start a who chant along with Xavier on franchesca.

Whilst they’re doing it, Dean and Seth are arguing with the ref because it’s not fair. No one else was able to beat them to rightfully gain their place. The only people who deserve the main event spot is them.

And during all the chaos, all of a sudden out of no where the lights go black. The whole crowd is brought into silence, whilst on the titantrom it’s going crazy with letters. For a brief second one sentence stands out,”I can.” Then it scrumbles up the letters again ,”I will.” And then it stops. The whole place goes black again, some of the crowd were able to pick up the messages.

Then there’s a single sentence. “I did.” The whole crowd is confused.

Then all of a sudden, the whole place is lit up and surrounded by the familiar and symbolic guitar sounds. The same ones they used to be annoyed at hearing. Seth and Dean instantly freeze in the spot. Their mouths hanging open whilst they’re staring at the ramp.

Corey Graves is freaking out,”IT CANT BE, SURELY NOT?!” The New Day are shouting questions at Jimmy and Jey and they’re just shouting,”we didn’t know!! We have no idea.”

And then the spotlight is placed at the enterance of gorrila and Roman walks out with a massive smile. His hair is noticeably shorter but it’s slicked back, his logo on his vest is orange. Jimmy and Jey instantly jump on him, along with the new day.

Seth and Dean can’t help it, they know they have to fight one another. But they instantly climb out of the ring and start running up the ramp.

Roman finally gets the five other guys off of him when he spots his brothers almost half way up the ramp.

He has the biggest smile on his face, because fuck, he’s missed them. FaceTime, phone calls and texts just aren’t the same.

He starts jogging down to them, when they get to each other Seth and Dean practically throw themselves onto him.

They’re holding onto one another for dear life because fuck, they were so terrified that they’d never get to do this again.

The camera is catching each of their faces, Seth is crying because he finally has his big brother back. Someone he’s always been able to count on, someone whos never judged him. Dean is shaking, he can’t. He’s still angry as fuck at the world for doing this to his best fucking friend.

And Roman? He has the biggest smile on his face. He’s home. He’s got his boys back, as much as he wants to slap them upside the head right now and let them sort out their problems in a locked room. He’s so fucking happy. He’s missed them, he’s missed this. He’s missed us, the WWE universe.

Roman is pulled out of his thoughts by the “welcome back.” And “Yes” chants. He lets go of Seth and Dean, the camera picks up him saying,”We’ve got work to do.”

Corey is in complete and utter shock,”I can’t believe this. Renee did you know anything about this!” Renee is smiling so hard,”I can honestly say I had no idea, but I’m so happy for Roman Reigns right now.” Corey smiles whilst chuckling,”i can’t believe I can finally say this, welcome home big dog, your yard has missed you.”

When they get into the ring, the three of them lock up and Roman manages to out power Seth and Dean. He laughs and shouts at them,”THAT ALL YOUVE GOT? Come on! Do your worst, I can take it.”

The match is intense, theres broken tables and chairs are lying along the outside of the ring. The crowd have been wild, they’ve chanted so much during the match. From, the typical “let’s go, —— *clap,clap,clap*” to ,”this is awesome.” But the ones that stand out are,”Welcome back.” “You’ve still got it.” And,”Roman.”

Seth and Dean end up back in the ring, they’re leaning on one another for support. Roman is lying on the edge of the ring, trying to regain himself after Seth and Dean had teamed up to take him out.

Once Seth and Dean have locked up, Dean goes to set up for the dirty deeds, but Seth managed to stop him just before he went down.

Just as Seth is standing back up, they both feel the wind being knocked out of their stomachs as Roman had managed to spear the both of them. They land on the mat, lying flat on their backs. Romans puts an arm around both of them, too exahusted to move over and cover one of them fully.

1... 2... 3... DING DING DING.

The crowd arrupt, it’s the loudest they’ve cheered the whole night.

Jojo stands up with the biggest smile on her face,” ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match and your NEW UNIVERSAL CHAMPION... Roman Reigns. “

The crowd goes wild, Roman pushes himself up in shock,he looks at the ref,”No..” whilst shaking his head. The ref walks back over and hands Roman the title, his title. He looks at the title in his hands, memories flodding back to the night he had last held it. “My real name is joe, and I’ve been living with Leukemia for 11 years.” “Thank you, Roman.” “Because after I’m done whopping Leukemias ass once again, I’m coming back home.” He doesn’t even realise that he’s started crying until he feels someone wrap their arms around him.

He opens his eyes and realises it’s Seth, he let’s go of the title and hugs him back. He feels a light pressure touching his arm and looks over to see Dean, trying to help them both up. “Come on Seth, works done here.”

They both stand up and just as Seth’s about to walk away, Dean grabs onto his wrist, Seth jumps thinking he’s away to be attacked. Dean shakes his head, “don’t worry.” Dean pulls Seth into joining his hug with Roman.

Once they pull away Dean hugs Seth seprately,”I’m so sorry Seth. I just, I couldn’t be with you whilst Roman was gone, you reminded me too much of what we had. I’m so sorry.” And Seth can’t believe his ears, he’s waited over two years for that apology.

Romans music starts again and they separate the walk up the ramp, as they’re walking up the ramp, the McMahon’s and HHH start walking out to the top of the ramp to congratulate Roman followed by the entire RAW and Smackdown locker room and even the refs.

Once they get to the top Roman hugs each one of the McMahons and HHH before turning around, he raises his title and puts out his fist. He doesn’t even need to ask, he feels his boys placing their fists beside his.

Romans smile is massive.

Because my god, does it feel so good to finally be back home. This, this is what his life is all about.

The way I see Dean turning on Seth is a man venting his frustrations into the only person he’s got left.

There’s this quote that has always rang true in my life,”you hurt the ones you love most, because you know they won’t leave you.”

And I think that’s true in this situation.

Dean is broken, so is Seth. They always have been, their pillar of strength has always been Roman. He’s always grounded the both of them and stopped them from doing stupid shit. He’s their big brother, their best friend and their rock. Romans always, always been there for them.

When Seth and Dean found out on Monday,Seth couldn’t control his emotions. He was crying and holding onto Roman. Dean was holding it together for Roman. Seth and Roman both showed fear and sadness, where as Dean was in shock.

Dean doesn’t show emotions, he was holding it back. When they were getting interviewed, Dean looked lost and stopped speaking before his walls broke down.

When they won the titles, I think it just broke something inside of Dean. Seth was doing it as a way of showing Roman that they’ll keep on fighting for him. And he done it to try and show Dean that he’s worth it, tried to bring Dean a little bit of happiness.

But Dean seen it as something else, he thought that Seth was just hungry for another title, that it was all Seth cared about. And it broke him, it broke Dean, because Seth was once hungry for fame and championship before and he was willing to hurt Dean and Roman for it.

So Deans emotions got the better of him. He went after Seth before Seth could go after him, and it was a split second decision, and Dean was torn, you seen it. He was furious, he was hitting into the mat because he’s scared, he’s hurting and the only way he knows how to let it out is by fighting.

He chose to go after Seth because they’re two sides of the same coin, they’re brothers, brothers may hurt each other but they’ll always be there for one another. And when Seth said to Dean,”it’s okay, it’s okay.” He was meaning it as forgiveness, he was allowing Dean to hurt him because he knew Dean was hurting inside.

It was the wrong thing to say to Dean at that moment, of course nothing’s okay, their Roman is sick, their Roman is fighting for his life.

And Dean can’t deal with it, so it’s either fight or be broken down and he chose to fight Seth.

Their Seth, their idiot. But Seth refused to fight back, knew fine well it’d only show Dean that Seth is willing to hurt him. But not this time, Seth took everything Dean was giving him, because he’s proving to Dean that he’s going to be by his side.

Dean is angry at the world, as Dean said,”Why him?” Because the world is an ugly and a unfair thing.

When Dean walked up the steps, I feel like he was doing it because he couldn’t walk up that ramp where he last stood with Roman and Seth, if he looked down and seen a broken Seth it’d make it all seem too raw and real again.

When he got to the top of the steps, I think with the guy shouting,”not tonight, not with what’s happening to Roman.”(or something across that lines) it broke him.

Right now, Dean needs Seth and Seth needs Dean.

Dean needs Seth to prove that he’s going to be their, he’s not leaving again.

And Seth, Seth needs Dean to keep him grounded, let him know that it’s okay to cry. That it’s okay not to be able to talk.

They need each other to help them fight so they can be able to help Roman with his fight.

Because The Shield is a brotherhood, they’re family, they are one. The Shield has defeated all odds before, and they’ll be able to do it again.

And when Roman returns, they’ll finally be whole once more.
