Plus we get some cool details on the nature of said DF. Let's go over everything & break it down into simple terms, especially the explanation on the size, as I've seen a few people already confused about that lol.
1) Jarul confirmed that Loki's Dragon form will be BLACK ⚫️. TCB calls it Jet-Black, while The Viz names it Obsidian.

2) Loki is the one with ⚡️LIGHTNING⚡️ powers, NOT Ratatoskr. Ratatoskr has ICE 🧊 powers.

3) Niddhoggr is the BIGGEST Dragon in the WORLD! Confirmed by Jarul in both TCB & VIZ.
HOWEVER, the size of the dragon varies depending on the size of the user. What does this mean? How can it be the biggest if the size changes? Aren't those two things contradictory?
No. Here's why:
First of all, Niddhoggr is NOT a species of Dragon. It is simply the name of a singular, famous mythical dragon from Norse mythology & its pretty clear Oda is following this logic as well. This is the same as Oars. Oars is the name of one specific ancient giant. So Jarul is saying Niddhoggr in particular is the world's biggest giant!
As far as we know Kaido & Momo are the only other dragons in the story, with Momo's DF being a direct copy of Kados. So I will just refer to Kaido as the 2nd biggest giant.
This mean that Niddhoggr will ALWAYS be bigger than Kaido! The only caveat being that the MARGIN between Kaido & Niddhoggr is dependent on the size of the user. Aka the size of the gap between them can change, but it will always exist.
Example: If a Tontatta were to eat this fruit, their dragon form would be bigger than Kaido, but probably not by much. Maybe barely.
Since Loki ate the DF, this means the difference between him and Kaido is HUGE. Just look at him!!
This is why Rocks said only an ancient giant like Harald could unlock its "true potential".
Obviously the bigger the dragon, the more destructive and threatening it is.
Why does the DF have these restrictions? Idk, ask Oda. I do think It's a good way to not make it so overpowered & to keep Loki imperative to the plot, though. He's one of the biggest giants we've ever seen so there is no way to replace him as the DF user without losing a lot of its benefits.
In conclusion, Niddhoggr is sick af and I can't wait to see more of it & find out what role it and Loki have going forward!
