Pollution causes Dementia and Cognitive Decline.

The insights from the primary and secondary research conclude that Respiratory problems in elderlies are one of the major problems they face.

As Respiratory problems trigger other diseases like Dementia, Cognitive Decline, Brain Stroke, Cardiac Problems, Lung cancer, Tuberculosis, Asthama, Bronchitis, COPD ( Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Diabetes, Blindness, Cataracts and Age-related Macular Degeneration.

Recent Researches have provided evidences that increasing Air-Pollution us one of the leading causes of Respiratory problems in Elderlies. Therefore, steps have to be taken towards it to prevent elderlies from the above mentioned diseases.

Day 09,. SYNTHESIS

After visiting the oldage home, talking to the elderlies and reading/watching about their problems, I have categorized them into three major groups:

PHYSICAL PROBLEMS

• Bones, muscles and joints tend to get weaker.

• Loss in overall physical strength.

• Malnutrition, Chronic Diseases, less physical activity accounts for weaker bodies.

• Vision Loss, Weak Senses, Physical Abuse, Slow Reaction (Stumli)

RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS

• One of the most common problems in Elderlies.

• "Respiratory illness head more than Tripled over the past five years- most of them being Children and Elderlies" -GSVM Medical College, Kanpur

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS

• Family Issues and Domestic Violence

• Hypertension and anxiety

• Alzimer (Dementia)

• Loneliness and Depression

• Financial worries

its 1600 hrs and currently I’m reading about the United Nations “Universal Declarations of Human Rights”, as suggested by the faculty after a long discussion on inclusivity and Human Rights as well as the areas to work upon in the project.

the initial idea (Monday-Tuesday) was to work on “energy conservation” in the immediate surroundings, I started to do some secondary research on the topic, but felt a little restricted, too early in the project. therefore, I decided to take a step back and relook into the kind of areas where “INCLUSIVITY” plays an important role.

'69 Dodge Charger 500 #hotwheels This casting is almost identical to the '69 Dodge Charger casting released by Hot wheels in 2004. The '69 Charger 500 was produced by Dodge as a result of not winning NASCAR in 1968, being defeated by Ford and Chevrolet. Tunnel tests indicated that the indented grille of the '68 Charger caused drag, and the recessed backlight rendered the car unstable on oval racetracks. To fix these aerodynamic issues, Dodge installed a flush grille and headlights from a '68 Coronet and made the backlight flush by mounting a large rear window to fill the "vacuum" left by the '68 backlight. Named after the Talladega Superspeedway racetrack in Alabama, the Ford Torino Talladega was a car produced by the Ford Motor Company during 1969. It was a special racing version of the Ford Torino produced specifically to make Ford competitive in NASCAR during the 1969 racing season. Hot Wheels '65 Impala #hotwheels #hwhotflames Redesigned in 1965, the Impala set an all-time industry annual sales record of more than 1 million units in the US. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the "X" frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body that featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension. In 1965 Chevrolet introduced the Impala Caprice, exclusively as a four-door hardtop. Caprices received tufted upholstery, wood grained accents on the dashboard and specialty pulls on the insides of the doors. This "halo" model also featured the "spinner" wheel covers from the Impala SS, with the "SS" logo centers replaced by a Chevrolet "bowtie" emblem. The Super Sport's blackout rear trim strip below the triple taillights was also used, with the "Impala SS" emblem replaced by a large "Caprice by Chevrolet" badge.
