Yo! Today I made sour cream at home!✨

We were out and I wanted some with my dinner and my mom-in-law looked it up and showed me the results and I made it!!!

Just 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice for acid, and then you whisk or beat it for a couple minutes and you're good! Add a pinch of salt if desired!

It was really cool and fun and I like it a lot, it's so light and smooth and nice and aaaaaa I'm so excited! I wanna try it again with lemon juice since I used vinegar and see if there's a difference.

My betrothed ( @swimming-with-a-raincoat ) made me listen to a minutes-long running stream of complements today, which included the concept of marinading me because I'm tasty because I ate good stuff? 🤣

I love him, so happy we get to be weird together for our entire foreseeable future 😂🥰
