Title: Soulmate Confusion, Part 1

Pairing: Eventual

Summary: In this universe, you see color once you meet your soulmate. What happens when you meet two men at the same time?

This is the winner of my 2,100 Follower Celebration Poll! I am so excited to start this. Feedback is always welcome.

It was a normal day for you. Drop by the deli on your way into work. You needed to grab a cup of coffee and something to eat for lunch. You were meandering down an aisle, not watching where you were going, when you bumped into two men causing you to fall.

“Ah!” You yelled as you tried to grip on to something. The surprise of hitting the floor caused you to close your eyes. You could hear the two men asking if you were okay, but what happened when you opened your eyes completely unexpected. 

“Are you alright?” The dark-haired man asked you, reaching out his hand.

“Did you hit your head?” The blonde one asked.

“No, I, uh, I think I’m okay.” You grabbed each of their extended hands and they helped you up. You looked around and gasped.

“What? Is it your back?” The first one asked.

“No! I can… I can see in color!” You looked at both men. “I can see you have dark hair and you have blonde. Your eyes are blue and yours are brown!” You started looking around at all the different colors within the store and marveling at their brightness. You turned around because you knew what this meant. You’d just met your soulmate. 

But when you turned around, they were both gone. Both men had mysteriously vanished from the deli. You ran out of the doors and looked around for any sign. Tears began to well-up in your eyes.

“No, this… this can’t be happening.” You stood there hoping they would walk by again, but they never did.

And you had no idea which man was your soulmate. You didn’t know their names. You didn’t know anything about them, other than the way they looked.

Your soulmate was out there somewhere and you were set on a mission to find him.
