Have you deciphered the first part of the confessions? I have my own ideas of course, but what exactly happened with the four explorers is all very vague.

the general idea of the first half “the perfect sonnet” prior to the part where it explains Lumia leaving Lemuria because she realizes it’s slowly crumbling speaks about how the Four Explorers resided within Lemuria but once they passed away, their grandeur faded along with them- however we can see things left by them.

Erins “Forgotten” Fortress, The Moon Temple that houses depictions of Rambert (and his vault that is within Magna- does this mean that Rambert created her?) The Sun Palace that houses depictions of Cynbel and all four explorers, and the ruined citadel that Aurora finds the Mathildis sword - AND the Altar of Mathildis.

also, we can distinctly separate the four by their own specialties

There’s a very “four houses” vibe kind of like with Hogwarts where we feel with much like Salazar with the founders of Hogwarts in Harry Potter, Cynbel and his line probably felt they were the best of the four, and therefore when it is mentioned that the Hollow Pact and the rift is created it was done so because of those who were descendants of Cynbel.

whatever the hollow pact and rift was, all we know is that it messed up lemuria and caused many towns to become desolate (see the abandoned city in the sky, or the windmill colonies) , and yeeted the world into another plane of existence outside of our own.
