Yoruichi entered Soifon’s office and went over to one corner of the desk, expertly perching upon it. Turning her upper body, she smiled and deposited a small gift-wrapped box in front of the woman. Inside was a preloaded MP3 player, solar charger, and two pairs of Bluetooth headphones. “Something to maybe help with concentration. I picked out all the songs myself for different scenarios. Sparring, exercise, paperwork, meditation...”
After her flit of confusion settled, Soifon begrudgingly started the clean-up. Shoveling those bits of confetti and candied hearts from her desk and into a small pan, she moved then to gather what had spread throughout the office with a broom. What a time for Omaeda to be out on patrol, she'd mutter under her breath.
It was about this time when she caught wind of a fourth visitor nearing the now littered space, and this time, it was one she actually welcomed the sight. Though, after Soifon had mistakenly (?) gifted Tomo-Choco's to Yoruichi last month, she hadn't expected them to drop-in for a while. It wasn't like she was afraid they'd hate her over it or anything but, they did voice some concern over the Tomo concept, which, was far from the reaction she expected.
"Y-Yoruichi-sama, welcome!" Clutching the handle of her broom, Soifon stammered through with an unusually ecstatic greeting. No sooner could she dwell on that thought as the Goddess arrived, just true to her name, in a flash. Far faster than Soifon might've liked considering the mess she'd yet to fully clean, but, well, at least she managed to clean the desk off in time for them. Inquisitive eyes befell that wrapped bundle as they'd presented it.
Curious by her nature, Soifon carefully unraveled the box from its wrapping, popping the lid to peer inside. The small rectangular device, coupled with its charger and paired headphones, would've baffled her had it not been for Yoruichi's explanation. As old and advanced as Soul Society could be, there were still several fields that it had fallen behind in, and personal technology seemed to be the worse of it, or at least it had been in her experience. A flickered glance returned to them before she fiddled with the device for a few seconds, turning it this and that way while she figured it out. Eventually, she did manage to turn it on.
"That sounds like quite an endeavor," She noted, before a gentle smile tugged along the corners of her lips, "...Thank you, Yoruichi-sama."
