This charcuterie board is a delicious late-night snack that was inspired by Liz Lemon's famous "Night Cheese" from NBC's 30 Rock. It has different kinds of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and nuts. It's great to enjoy by yourself or with friends.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of Gorgonzola cheese. 1/2 cup of Brie cheese. 1/2 cup of Camembert cheese. 1/2 cup of Prosciutto slices. 1/2 cup of Salami slices. 1/2 cup of Grapes. 1/4 cup of Mixed Nuts. 1/4 cup of Honey. 1/4 cup of Fig Jam. Crackers and Baguette Slices for serving.

Instructions: Set the Camembert, Brie, and Gorgonzola cheeses out on a platter to serve. Slice the salami and prosciutto and put them around the cheese. To change up the taste and texture of the platter, add honey, mixed nuts, and grapes. Put the fig jam in a small bowl and add the other ingredients to it. Put different kinds of crackers and baguette slices on the platter so that people can eat them with the cheese and meat. Have fun with your Night Cheese and Charcuterie!
