Opera O has a habit of being so caught in the moment she forgets to take care of herself so doto is there for opera o 75% of the time ( opera doesn't mind because she likes being around her dear friend)

As gandiose opera o can be and with her flair of dramatics, she has awareness some dont appreciate how forward her personality is
She is good friends with haru urara, both kindof feed off their overwhelmingly positive energy.

I think Opera O has an almost sixth sense for another persons feelings, she can tune into that and make a grandiose gesture to detract a persons thoughts from that negative bubble.
I feel Opera O genuinely cares about Doto's feelings above her own, Opera O KNOWS she is talented, she can see potential in those she interacts with. Whenever Doto doubts herself, Opera O actively puts a halt to that, and cause Opera O's energy is so contagious doto in turn feeds on that energy and feels more motivated not just because Opera O believes in her but so doto believes more in herself
