The new base was interesting as a point of exploration, but one thing it didn't offer was a vast freedom to come and go. Maybe to the Cybertronians who could swim it wasn't a bother, but for Raf, he felt the base often made him antsy or a little stir crazy. He couldn't go to the roof like at the old base, and stepping outside of this base would mean certain death for him. Three miles under the ocean wasn't friendly to the human body.
Instead, the boy had familiarized himself with the base and its workings. The Autobots had been kind enough to give him his own room, which the boy had snuck furnishings into from his own room. With MECH on the loose, he was at least now comfortable staying at base for a while. It didn't mean the room would abate all of his needs, however.
He did know of one other 'Bot on base who got as antsy as he did.
Now finding himself with that antsy feeling again, Raf decided it was time for a field trip. Usually whenever Raf was antsy, so was Rodimus, which meant the two could easily find something to do together. Today, however, the boy wanted to try something different.
He poked his head into where Elita was working, noting the steadily-growing pile of stuffed animals. "Rodimus?" he called, "You in here?"
