So it’s the morning of Halloween at NITU, and the students and faculty have noticed something odd. There are flyers everywhere that seem to have been dropped off by crows or something. The flyers turn out to be invitations to a Halloween Party. Specifically, to “the Nightmare Abbey, Full of Wonder and fright. If whosoever holds this invitation is brave enough, then let them present it at 007 Alchemist Alley on the evening of All Hallows’ Eve and see if they can brave The Nightmare Abbey! Intrigued, several students and faculty decide to try it. Specifically John, Jack, Charles, Edith, The Romantic Trio, and Poe and Verne. People from other places show up. Burton, Houdini, and Doyle, as well as Tesla, Crowley, and Lovecraft from Echthroi University. Turns out the House is belongs to the Deen of EU Dr John Dee. At the door is one of the Deathshead family staff accepting invitations/ handing out Kingsized Candy bars to those children brave enough to come up to the House. Basically shenanigans ensue when the House becomes Haunted/ a big labyrinthine Escape Room. Monsters, ghosts, Eldricht Horrors you name it. In the end the NITU students reach the end, and it turns out this whole thing was a bet between Poe and Dee over whose Students would reach the end first. The prize? A book of the winner’s choosing, a Cask of Amontillado, and the winner is the only one allowed to dress up as Prospero next year. Idea fell apart at the end....but there you go.
