Dream quickly pushes up from the grassy ground he was sitting on and rush over to Ink, who has just sprouted from a puddle in a muddy patch like a tree. "Hey, you remembered." Dream smiles wide. "Wouldn't miss it for the universe!" Ink winks, forgetting to mention that he wrote 'meet Dream for family' several times to make it stick better in his empty skull. "So...shall we?" Dream is obviosity nervous about the interaction soon to happen, he knows that Nightmare and him have a peace agreement, but still worried that something will go wrong. Ink fidgets with the scarf that they tried to (clean up/look better?) and nods. Dream breaths steadily, having a shaky smile on his face. Ink happily makes a portal to their destination.

The pair jumps out of a another body of water, and landing safely on a dry patch. Dream looks behind him and realizes that they came from a fountain. While he was trying to imagine how that might have looked like to witnesses, Ink interrupts his thoughts. "Is this the right place? I wrote the code down somewhere here..." Until it lead to incoherent mumbles. Dream glances at Ink, feeling a sudden spike in anxiety, trying to calm himself down and hoping that they aren't late to meeting Nightmare. "U-uhm, we could-" Ink shakes his skull and smiles to himself. Seeming to forget about what he was checking for and start walking forward. Dream hastily catches up. The place is a small cafe and has cat themed decorations up all around. The building had a pale beige color, with a glass door that has a bell which jingles when the door is opened. A logo on the window reads, 'Ccino's Cafe Cafe', with a cat head as surrounding the bold white text. Dream nods...this is the place.

Ink pushes the glass door, making the bell to chime. A Sans with a cream colored turtle neck sweater and brown apron stands behind a counter. He also has the same black basketball shorts with white lines going down the sides. They look up and give a wary and somewhat tired smile. Dream winces as he sees the fatigue that oozes out of the tired skeleton. "Hi, you here...for...them?" The skeleton tilts his skull to the side to where Nightmare is sitting at. Looking at a cat that strangely looks like them. Ink smiles and heads straight for the goopy mess that cocoons a child's corpse...Dream shakes his skull and gives a quiet 'thank you' and walks slowly towards seat, praying to any stars that are above to save face for himself. Ink is practically bouncing in their seat, having a smug smirk towards the tendril being. Dream sits down across from Nightmare and next to Ink. "So...Nightmare...this is Ink...Ink this is Nightmare." Dream smiles politely, hoping that it all goes well. Nightmare narrows the only socket that is still intact in their skull..."Huh...I didn't realize how...short he is." His voice is guttural and clearly judging. Ink just rolls his mismatched eyes, still grinning. "Wow, this is your sibling, Yellow?" Nightmare looks at Dream instead now, waiting for an explanation for this...oddity.

After a long story about...everything, Nightmare seems to be easy about it now. But still skeptical. Ink is surprisingly good with the entity. With a few odd questions and looking back his notes that he written on his bowtie scarf. But...the horrid question is asked..."So, where are you from? Do you have a brother yourself?" Ink was petting a white cat with a red scar on their cheek when asked that inquiry...he pauses, going blank. Dream shakes his skull at Nightmare, but they don't get the hint. "May we meet them perhaps?" Ink stares down for a few more seconds before beaming back at Nightmare. "Huh?" Nightmare frowns, not liking to repeat itself. "I asked-" "Nothing...t-they didn't say anything." Dream intervenes quickly, giving a second of a glare at Nightmare to 'respectfully shut up'.

-Hey, I found this in my drafts. It's a short story I never finished. I dunno, maybe I will finish it someday or whatever... but here you go guys. Go crazy for it. You can make art for this as well! Have fun!

Undertale: OG, classic universe, if it ain't broke don't fix it

Underswap: the ol' switcheroo, taking this version of paps to the bone zone, overall cute au

Underfell: so much edge, did everyone here just inhale a Hot Topic with a side order of Linkin Park 'cause jeez, you guys need to chill

SwapFell: ah crap, now the cute one has been infested with the edge too, it was only a matter of time, it's just a phase they'll grow out of it

Nightmaretale AU

I’ve been having brainrot concerning Undertale lately. It’s mostly cause of the fact I’ve been watching Deltarune theories rip. 

I love Little Nightmares and I’ve been having the thought about what if the Frisk came from the world of Little Nightmares. The Monsters wouldn’t be effected by the signal tower or whatever because of the barrier and they’re underground. Frisk just....seen real monsters. The Monsters of the Underground aren’t true monsters to them probably. 

Idk. It’s just a little thought of mine. 

Also yeah, I edited Frisk into a screenshot from Little Nightmares II. I was thinking they’re from the Pale City and headed the opposite direction of Mono and Six. So they’re heading toward the Hunter’s Cabin and not away from it. 

Also I know I forgot a word at one point in here, but I’m tired and too lazy to fix it rip.
