Hello, everybody! In line with the first injury of the season, we'll be kicking off our POLICE INTERVIEWS, which will now also be our first task for the season! This is in no way required, especially if you have multiple characters, but we strongly encourage everyone to join in!

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"I was at home having a movie night with my brother." the first time the two really spent time together since he had come home from germany. "my brother can confirm this. do you want me to call him right now for you?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"sort of." the two didn't get along that well.  any time she had tried to talk to her, azra was well, usually trying to start something.  it was something she didn't like at all/

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"i don't talk to azra really. " never was she one to even try for that matter. "last time i saw her? i don't know. maybe at the festival a week ago. there were a lot of people there. so i could have seen her there."

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

"a lot of people i'm guessing. not many people like her." that was what she had thought anyway. azra was.....a crazy person. sort of.  she was a person that in the end, zehra really didn't care for. "is any of this really going to help you solve this?" probably not when it came to the police.

Do you believe they'd be capable of hurting her like this?

"i honestly don't know. nor do i care right now." and it was the truth. she really didn't know nor did she care for that matter.  her coming in there was pointless in the end. none of these questions they asked her would help them at all.  "is that all the questions you have? if it is then i'm heading out. " she replied before leaving the room.

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"I was at home," he grumbled, his arms crossed over his chest as his foot bounced up and down, "with my girlfriend, Feyza Kaplan."

How do you know Azra Nadir?

“We’ve known each other for years. Her brother is one of my closest friends, and she’s my girlfriend’s best friend.”

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

“I don’t know,” he shrugged, after he got back together with Fey he’s been trying to avoid her as much as possible without raising any questions. “I’m a hundred percent sure I saw her at the music fest, after it was probably in passing.”

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

“Look, there’s always some kind of drama going around Nightrest. People clash often, there’s always going to be someone you don’t get along with.”

Do you believe they’d be capable of hurting her like this?

"I never thought anyone in this town is capable of murder either.”

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"I don't understand what any of this has to do with me?" they were expecting cooperation from her, but every time she asked something she was blatantly ignored, with a roll of her eyes and an exhale she answered "I spent the night with Dominic Davis, he can confirm it."

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"We've been friends for a while, I also know her brother. I doubt there's anyone around town who doesn't know Azra."

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"A few days ago," she answers, raising her shoulders in a shrug, "I don't keep tabs on exact dates."

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

"One thing about Azra is that she likes to speak her mind and usually people don't like that. Even we have clashed sometimes and we are friends."

Do you believe they’d be capable of hurting her like this?

"I've witness her go back and forth with some people, but I doubt that's what landed her in a hospital bed. I mean how crazy do you have to be to do something like that, because you can't see eye to eye with someone?"

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"i was at home." for once, having a night in and not going any where for a change. a night in to be lazy and watch movies. "pretty sure my brother and sister in law can confirm it since they live two houses down from me."  she wouldn't have gone out anyway unless it was to hang out with dilara, analu or vera.

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"you do realize how small this town is, right?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. it should have been obvious that either knowing almost everyone or knowing who someone was in town was how it was.  

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"mama's maybe during the reopening. and the music festival too i think."  she wasn't one to waste any time talking to azra. with the two not getting along at all. she kept to her business most of the time. "i wouldn't waste my time talking to her. it's not even worth it."

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

"maybe almost the entire town."  azra was....not the best person to get along with. it was hard if anything to even talk to her. it was why mariana stayed in her lane and ignored azra.  "she's a hard person to get along with. it's not surprising that a lot of people in town don't like her. "

Do you believe they'd be capable of hurting her like this?

"are you actually going to do your job for once?" she shot back. she didn't want to be there to answer any of these questions. not when they wouldn't do the police any good for that matter too. "i'd say talk to anyone who knows her personally. talking to those of us who don't even know her well won't do you guys any good." and with that, she got up from the chair and made her way out.

"There was a mountain of paperwork to deal with after Deadlights closed. I was in my office until early morning. You can check the security footage."

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"I don't know her personally"

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"Maybe that music fest? I don't know."

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

"There's this group chat, everyone ends up fighting like children. I don't know if someone didn't have enough and decided to do something about it."

Do you believe they’d be capable of hurting her like this?

"Expect the unexpected, right?"

TASK002: POLICE INTERVIEW

TIME: 28.06.23, EARLY MORNING WHO: RHEE, JUNHO LOCATION: GRIGG'S GENERAL

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"I was in surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist in the room can confirm." He'd been working when Azra was brought into the hospital, prompting his shift to last longer for the care of an important patient. Her family had the money to cover every possible test they wanted to be conducted, and Jun supposed it was better safe than sorry. It did however mean, that hours later, he'd only finished work, giving the police his statement before heading home.

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"I'm one of her doctors. She hit her head when she fell, so we want to take precautions to make sure she didn't sustain any serious brain or spinal injuries." It was routine for Jun, part of his job, and even if the younger was likely attacked by one of the killers, he couldn't say anything more for the sake of confidentiality. Not without her consent at the very least. "Beyond that, I don't know her well. She's friends with my younger cousin."

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"I can't remember, I don't think I've ever directly spoken with her." He'd never exactly had a reason to, given that not only was she a decade or so younger than him, but they didn't have anything remotely similar in common.

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

Jun lets out a sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Seeing as you should be working an equally demanding job, you understand that I don't have time to invest myself in whatever problems a young girl has with people around town. I'm far more interested in seeing that she recovers well." He sets the file of Azra on the counter for a moment, growing angry, perhaps because he could smell the incompetence off of the questioning police officer, or maybe because he'd been working for 14 hours straight. "I'm doing my job, you should do yours too. You shouldn't be stupid enough to think this is something as simple as bad blood between two people." His words were said harshly, but genuine, picking up the file and walking off before he said anything more.

TASK002: POLICE INTERVIEW

TIME: 28.06.23, AFTERNOON WHO: ASTOR, THEO LOCATION: NIGHTREST POLICE STATION

Where were you last night, June 27th? Can anyone confirm this?

"I was with Sarah last night, my girl-" Theo paused. "Well actually, I don't really know what we are, I mean we went on a date on the day of the festival, and we spend so much time together and I like her a lot, but then I also feel guilty because… I slept with my boss who I see every day, and it's just," he sighs, scratching the back of his head and realizing he'd gone wildly off-topic. "I was with Sarah. She can confirm it."

How do you know Azra Nadir?

"We live in the same town so… it's kind of hard not to know her." Theo tries to recall if there was anything more to their relationship. "I think we went on a date when we were in high school, but I picked Mama's and she said she was on a diet so we couldn't eat anything."

When and where did you last see her, or speak to her?

"I think I saw her around the festival?" Theo was mostly focused on Sarah at the time, but he was sure that Azra has been there too. "I didn't talk to her though."

Do you know anyone at all that she did not get along with?

Theo shook his head. He tended to see the best in people. "I don't think so, I mean, she's kind of… out there, but I don't know if anyone has any problems with her." Theo sighs, wishing he could provide something better. "I just moved back here a couple months ago… I haven't really paid attention to the drama."
