Famine began to ebb in the shadows, his subjects began to worry whether or not they would have somewhere to lay their head at night; it was a crisis on the verge, and all he could do was stand by and watch. But the Kaldorei had been displaced the most by Teldrassil’s decimation into ashes. Thousands had lost their lives in the flames, and those that survived suffered a worse fate—the memories of the inferno haunting their every thought.
He understood why she was so angry. When his father died, Anduin was angry. He was unsure of what to do, how to become a king for a people that mourned just as painfully as he had. He wanted to destroy those that took his father from him, despite it being so very opposite his nature. He understood.
But he could not allow Lysirae to succumb to her anger. He could not allow Sylvanas to take another so easily, and he had no doubt that she would do just that. “Of course, that is what we have laws for.
