To celebrate the return of NiGHTS in Sonic crossworlds after years of its last appearance, I'm going to publish a story I've been working on for quite some time. It would be inspired to by a third Nights game "NIGHTS PATH OF DREAMS" (which would be a sequel to Journey, taking place 5 years after it). I delve deeper into Nightopia, Nightmare, and the characters to create a new story with even new characters.
Here I present the designs of NiGHTS, Reala and the new visitors Cleo and Francis (who have nightmares and obviously end up in Nightopia)

Hello, regarding my story of our beloved purple jester "NiGHTS Path of Dreams" I would like to explain the following: in my story, AU, or whatever you want to call it, I have decided to expand the Nightopian race to different types such as Nightmares and also change the Mepians a bit. (I hope you can read my handwriting properly)
I also want to introduce you to the Nightopian Elders, who can face even the first-level Nightmarens, Furthermore, each one symbolizes and embodies the meaning of a human ideyas (they are not created with the ideyas of the visitors; they are independent of them). and They are:
Mr Owl: (YES, It's Owl from Journey) it's the weakest among the Elders but the wisest, representing the ideya of growth, and is usually scolding NiGHTS and Brighella for their mischief.
Brighella: The most famous bard of Nightopia, he spends his time traveling everywhere. He embodies the ideya of hope, gets along quite well with NiGHTS, and greatly admires the Nightmarens' style of clothing, which is why he decided to implement a similar style in his own garments.
Somnia: The maternal queen of Nightopia (the only Nightopian without wings for unknown reasons) and the current representative of the ideya of purity after the "birth" of the moon of Nightopia, she appears cheerful but there are rumors that she cries every night for her old friend EVE.
Abelle: The shy sorceress of the queen's palace, the little sister of Kael and EVE the representative of the ideya of intelligence, when she meets a visitor she gets so excited that she ends up overwhelming them without realizing it.
Kael: The kind-hearted warrior of Nightopia, who is usually tasked with keeping the strongest Nightmares at bay, and who embodies the ideya of courage, wishes to become stronger because he doesn't want to lose Abelle as happened with EVE.
Lady Moon: or also known as EVE, kind, gentle and also a little grumpy, the former representative the ideya of purity, when it was the day of the birth of the moon of Nightopia her last words were "don't cry please…..we both know it's not your fault" to ■■■■■■.

Happy New Year! To celebrate, I wanted to make this drawing that's meant to look like a photo of NiGHTS, Kael, and the visitors Cleo and Francis. These four are the main characters of my sequel/AU to Nights.
