Tim's not even in the game right now, but we did see him struggling to ignore all the events going on with the bats vs Vandal Savage. Maaaybe this event will have him take up his mantle again. If not, I'm not sure he'll really be around to interact with Dick. Though I guess Dick could still run into him. We did just see him with Dick and the other bats in Detective Comics #1107, despite his sabbatical.
I've also not been paying attention to how long Babs is supposed to be in prison for, or if this event will get her out. And then Bruce took a shot with Dick already, so I feel like maybe it's less likely that he'll be the one to help Dick.
I believe this event is crossing over into Batgirl as well, which means Cass may be around. Though Damian seems more likely to me out of all of them. Steph is also present though, and she's on a team with Dick atm, but based on what Watters said, I'm still feeling the strongest pull toward it being Damian. But, of course, it could be more than one person who helps Dick get his head on straight, especially since we've seen the bats interacting recently in Detective Comics, Batman, and Batgirl.
