it kind of is, but it’s a WHOLE LOT LESS painful than the day it happened (which was saturday, i irresponsibly waited 2 days/until my mom pressured me before getting it checked out). i think people i was with underestimated what happened because of my reaction lol. i didn’t react much at first because shock, and then i wanted to cry but was too embarrassed to in front of people lol. now it’s just more of a constant dull pain & pressure, except when it bumps into stuff.
(also, side note, this is why you’ve gotten all those new followers! lol. you’re so awesome, you’re such a great person to follow/be followed by)

yeah, and i know avpd can be comorbid with other pds (i might have bpd, but i haven’t been able to get myself to look into other things beyond avpd). glad to know i’m not the only one lol. i feel like a horrible godzilla/hulk misanthrope sometimes..

medical diagnosis of metal illnesses & disorders is almost completely guesswork as the line b/w diagnoses is very unclear & pretty much arbitrary. like tbh if someone self dx's & finds out they're wrong they more than likely have something at least related. ppl need to chill & stop putting doctors on these ridiculous pedestals
