For my brother’s birthday, my sister (check out Niji Desserts!) made him a Donut Cheesecake. That’s right, a cheesecake shaped and decorated as a large donut! The icings were coffee and chocolate, and inside was an extremely creamy cheesecake - mmmmm....much better than a donut!
