Do you think Nikala would ever have any repressed issues with Cora lowkey over what happned and being handed the throne? Especially as it would kinda push her into a thing of "I can't exactly be friends/have partners like Cora can" being seen as royalty more than them?

I don’t think so! Cora and Nikala have actually hashed this out many times and above anyone else Cora is the one constantly doing their best to make sure Nikala doesn’t push herself too hard. (old art repost)

Along with being siblings, they also consider themselves best friends, and even when apart they make sure to keep up :’) And!! Nikala does actually have a childhood friend turned girlfriend who helps keep her in line - I’ve never drawn her but she lives there in my head ahah

And bc I love ranting about my ocs - Even though Cora tries to distance themself from the throne, they’re still pretty easily recognized as She-Ra’s child. That is also added to the fact that the performing group Cora joins becomes rather famous in Etheria - Cora stepped away from the throne, but they definitely didn’t leave the spotlight ^^
