Don’t let go

Cast your spell on me, and release me into a world, Where I would only have to leap over your words, And run into your arms that only open to my gaze. Bring me your aura, your magic too, take me to you, To a world where there's solely you, for who else do I need, When your arms are all I have my home in. Bring me close to the spring of your half-smile, Where I won't sink any deeper than into your moist, And my hands won't caress any face but yours. Cover me in the summer of your presence, Where there is your warmth, love and affection, Your proximity is all my existence years for. Let me hear the world pulse under your smooth skin, Feel your dense breath gently touch my lips, And forever lean my head into your chest. Let me lose myself in you for that's where I find myself too, With the touch of your lips, my heart skips a beat, Embracing you close to me, I don't wanna let you go. - nt & DG

Two broken souls

You are but fragments of your broken heart,

And I'm your sweet salvation,

Your pain runs so deep within your eyes,

Yet, tell me of a wound which had not yet been cured after all?

You are but remnants of your pained soul,

And I'm your easiest escape,

Your scars run through the depths of your existence,

But still, tell me if any of the scars have even healed so far?

When have I not loved you, tell me that,

Didn't I gather all your pain into my arms,

The crevices in your heart were all mine,

Yet, tell me why we still remain two broken souls far apart?

When did I not give you what remained of my heart, tell me,

Didn't I ever bring solace to your troubled soul,

All of your scars are mine to look after and heal,

But why, are we so far away and still bleeding?

All these years you were my entire world,

But in the end, I've lost you it seems.

I'm still here, not gone, willing to heal your scars,

But will you let me or will we still remain lost?

Reaching each other

This ocean I swam across

to reach the bay of your colliding thoughts,

is the action of a weak heart,

held together by strong memories of you.

These barriers I surpass,

to find me in a world next to you,

are reactions of mediocrity,

that my heart unfolds in your remembrance.

These cliffs you pose I climb

to answer the questions in your achy eyes,

is me telling you words weren't even required,

for you are all the words I have ever had.

This castle you have built around you,

through the walls of which I have to find a way inside,

to reach you, for the first time in eternity,

is a hurdle I'm willing to risk my heart for.

Set Me Free

All this while, I was bounded by

Vows of olds and heated chores,

I tried and smiled, thought to give it a try,

For a life that was never meant to be mine.

I moved on still, laying awake,

Dreaming the dawn and the nights,

Of a beautiful place.

I turned the stones,that suppressed me long

And fought my way, hard through the gales.

I was beat to the ground, tied up in cold,

Left wounded and unfound,

All so that I could recover again.

I leapt to my feet, ran astride my dreams,

With hopes of good fortune and glee,

That has now set me free.

I could break the walls, that showered I'll upon

The Life, that has now come out of my dreams.

We were warriors weren't we?

Even before we came to be.

This loop of life goes on forever,

Even if we aren't meant to be.

When I'm broke, I'm just broke. Tears don't come easily anymore. And though I'm in pain, it doesn't show. I smile but it's lost in some memory. Even breathing feels like it's not happening on its own. Words fail me. Even when I talk, it feels as if it's not me. Anything I do, doesn't seem to distract me. Life goes on as the usual, I do the usual. But it all feels detached from me. In fact, I cease to feel

And that hurts. And because I can't feel, I can't feel the pain of losing you. You going away from me should feel like my soul being ripped apart. But I don't feel it. You going away should seem like the world being expelled from my breath. But I can't see it. Losing you should feel like my words losing its insight. But it doesn't mean a thing to me. You moving away should feel like that pain which it's meant to give. But it just isn't there. I can't get over you though I already have. And though I haven't ceased missing you, I simply can't feel that too.

Losing you should feel like unbecoming me and I've turned blind to that too.
