Nikki got her tie top outfit today but somehow that was not the most exciting thing to happen today....
I got into grad school!!! I'm so excited that I'll be able to study to become a librarian!
I've been busy making masks for my friend's family and figured why not make some for my modern dolls too? Now Marisol, Nikki, Luciana, Persephone, and Isadora can go outside and be safe in this pandemic.
And remember guys, weating masks saves lives!
New outfits! I just had to get the gold jacket, cherry blossom skirt, and Joss' new jumper. Plus the Cool Colors outfit looks just so nice on Percy! The group look pretty fall-ish apart from Luci so after I post individual pictures and talk about what I like about each outfit I'll probably change them back to summer-y clothes.
Oh I also got this skirt to go with the cute at heart tee and leggings. Its sooooo sparkly!
So I may have splurged a bit and bought 5 new outfits (I preordered the scrubs). Percy is wearing Blaire's gardening outfit like it's made made for her. Marisol is wearing the Cute at Heart tee, leggings, and sneakers which are the cutest thing in the world.
Nikki is wearing the Sparkling Kimono and Cute at Heart jeans. Her shoes are an old pair of AG ones. Luciana is wearing the Good Vibes Skate outfit that's on sale this month. I bought it with Percy in mind but it looks sooooo good on her!
Also my order came with a cute paper sticker doll which I think is just an adorable addition.
I've been busy sewing regency style pieces of recent as a present to my friend. The long sleeved white dress was a pattern that I got from pixie faire which I then deconstructed and severely altered to make the other three pieces. The short sleeved white dress is a bib front dress which was a fascinating experiment as it is soooo different compared to modern closures.
It feels like forever since I've had time to sew! But I'm on spring break this week and I finished my first draft of my thesis so I transformed a peplum top of my mom's that she didn't like into a spring dress for Nicki! Doesn't she look cute? Weather was so nice I decided to take her pics outside🌸
