Right track.
After years of not really knowing what to with my life and career, I'm finally on the right track. I started making jewelry last year and have found a lot of fulfillment in doing so but have been getting really frustrated lately. I order pre-made parts and put them together and there is only so much you can do with this method. There are so many awesome ideas that I have but no way of finding material (probably because it isn't out there..) for the ideas.
My Etsy shop did really well, but Etsy is also very discouraging when everybody and their mother is doing the same thing and ideas can be stolen with a mouse click. So... I have decided to go back to school and study to become a goldsmith. I have found an amazing school in Amsterdam with seriously talented teachers and I could not be happier. The next course starts in a few months and if I play my cards right, I will be finishing the first term by the end of the year. I can't wait to start working on all the crazy ideas that I have, they won't know what hit them. ;-)
