This next trip takes us to Hanoi, Vietnam, where its name rings death and sufferings, to a country that's better known for her decades-long war she bore with the Americans.
Many died, and many more maimed. The Americans threw everything at her, including barbaric use of biological weapons. It was a nightmarish twenty years. Nobody won.
Today, this capital houses over 9 million inhabitants, many of whom has steadily became affluent thanks to a rising middle class. And for the last decade, the country steadily benefited from the aggressive foreign policies directed against her China counterpart.
She quickly became the preferred recipient for China businesses, all thanks to her lower cost of operation and better international trade relations.
