More OC posting! Royale, post golden morning. Kind was very much listless after Jack's deposal. Tried to wipe the slate clean, but the reputation remains. He's got a lot of blood on his hands. Goes by Crackshot or Sharpshooter here. It's a lot of the same materials as his old costume, just with addition of a jacket + hat + some alterations made to the shape.
He has a slightly unhealthy codependent thing with Lord Of Loss, because he's a bit of a disaster who Needs To Be In A Relationship. Mellowed in comparison to his nine days, and semi retired, but still one of the nastier capes to get on the wrong side of.
