Nimbeon
Nimbeon are light and cheerful free spirits, often found gliding over open fields or bodies of water. Nimbeon are known to enjoy flowers and open waters. Though no one knows exactly why, many speculate that they are attracted to bright colors and things that sparkle in the light. Others believe the smell is what attracts Nimbeon to flowers and oceans. They can also be quite michevious and playful. Nimbeon that live near humans are often seen taking things like hats or scarves and floating around so people will chase them. They will often return the item later in places they often see the person they stole from. Like placing the hat in a person's back yard or hooked above a window. They are also known to be quite crafty and will make various 'artworks' using some of the cloud fluff around their necks and tails and gift them to individuals they like.
To obtain Nimbeon, an eevee must be evolved during windy conditions or at high elevation (like at a mountain peak). At least level 15 is needed
