Winds Through The Palace
A traditional Amavikkan game, it’s played at festivals and anywhere you can find music and a large gathering of kids.
Kids gather on the dance floor with clacking beads and little bells tied around their ankles. For more difficulty, kids will wear paper shoes that make noise against the sand. A song begins and everyone is encouraged to dance and make as much noise as possible, but when the music stops the kids have to stop and be completely silent. Those that make noise are eliminated and another round begins.
More difficult games will encourage the kids to keep dancing without rattling any of their noise makers. Used to train people in Nimdara and stealth, no one is considered a master of Nimdara until you can go through an entire dance without making a single sound.
