Text Message: Muse A and Muse B have been messaged by SMSTAFF to meet them at headquarters, but who messaged you?
"That’s strange..” The older glanced at the screen of her mobile phone one more time before flashing her junior a confused look. The message clearly said to go to the company--”the headquarters,” which meant the first building--and as soon as she got the message, she came rushing, thinking it was something important. But no one else was in there; only the security guards who had no idea what Sooyoung and Taemin were waiting for (not that the pair had any idea what’s going on either), and a few other staff members who only stared at them with an equally bewildered expression when they asked. She tried sending out messages to her groupmates, but none of them were replying fast enough. She tried calling her manager, but he wasn’t picking up. Out of perplexity, she tried calling the staff member who supposedly asked them to come, only to be answered by Kakaotalk’s popup message, saying their call was missed.
It had been an hour since the both of them met and all the aimless roaming, hoping to find out who messaged them and why they were messaged, was starting to take a toll on Sooyoung’s exhaustion, maybe even making her feel a little irritable. “Is this some kind of a prank? Because I have a schedule tomorrow morning and if nothing happens after fifteen minutes, I’m going home. Do you want me to drop you o-”
Apparently, fifteen minutes came faster than expected. The lights went off while she was in the middle of talking and panic instantly shot up her spine as she definitely was not liking the atmosphere in the floor they were in. Maybe Taemin was adventurous or brave enough to keep looking for whoever was responsible for cutting short whatever little time she had to rest, but she wasn’t. In an instant, she was scurrying off to the nearest fire exit, hastily gesturing for the younger to follow her so they could get out of there as soon as possible.
