So so so impressive! Do you have any tips on how to build up strength to that level? :)

Thank you :) Doing planks helps a lot. I do them every day, normal with straight arms, on forearms, side planks, different legs varaiations, plus boat pose and chaturanga :) getting stronger takes a lot of time, but it’s worth it :D
