kelly how do i do life in a way thats not me feeling stuck ya know? its a lil funny that I'm smiling this as i write it cause i feel like i know I'm stuck and i don't want to be anymore and i feel like i know i need to build community and build collective but i just want to hear your thoughts mostly
this is a little abstract so forgive me my darling if i’m completely on the wrong track.
most of the times in my history when i’ve felt stuck, it’s been right before a very good paradigm shift in my life. generally the feeling of being stuck has indicated to me that the current phase of my life is coming to an end. i’ve learned everything there is to learn from it and it’s time to try something new.
it’s been true of concrete things such as relationships and jobs and my education, but it’s also been true of abstract things in terms of my philosophical approach to the world.
but every time, i haven’t had to force too hard. the dominoes were already set up for change—i just needed to figure out what to do to get it started and everything else was ready to fall into place.
I just wanted to thank everyone that offered tips and suggestions on my deadlift form! I will definitely be keeping them in mind and doing my best to put them into practice next week. :)
