Tumblr changed the tags so that the posts with the most notes show up in the tags first.

The tags are now ordered by number of notes, so if a post has zero notes, it’ll show up at the very bottom of the tags, meaning that popular blogs will always be at the front while new blogs with no notes will never show up.
