Do you know Nina Wise’s work? I didn’t until someone dropped into my Nia class last year and began telling me about this book after. Then she said, “Wait! Just a minute,” and ran outside to her car, bringing back with her a copy of the book “a big new free happy unusual life”, or something like that, and gave it to me. “ I have two”, she said, “ you have this one.” And I never saw her again. This book is so wise, the author is aptly named, and witty and inspiring, and full of movement motivation. It is dogeared and marked and highlighted and so happily read.
