#WIP. For all my proud Nords, I'm working on the card The Emperor, featuring Talos. Fuck those Thalmor! * * * * * #skyrim #talos #tiberseptim #theelderscrolls #tesv #ninedivines #lineart #digitalart #myart
Happy New year! Dibella is the goddess of beauty, love and affection. The queen of heaven. One of the - dare I say - NINE divines. This was an abandoned sketch from a few months ago. I looked at it again and wonder why I didn't like it. Sometimes you just have to walk away from art and come back to it to realize it's actually not as bad as you thought. . . . #dibella #ninedivines #divinenine #elderscrolls #skyrim #eso #lore #goddess #sketch #old #pencil #doodle #artwork #art #hamilton #hamont #hamontart #hamontartist (at Hamilton, Ontario) https://www.instagram.com/p/BsOriIShcl7/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=16kl9l6at8a4t
Spiritual Bondings
Tsarvi stood silently in the musky little room, her armor thrown to the floor, along with her weapon. She wore a simple tunic and skirt. The frayed cotton of both matched her more than the strong making of steel. In front of her lay Krin-Riika, the Khajiiti woman she had met awhile back. Her black fur, that had glistened just seemingly month before, was dirty and ragged, and her eyes were rheumy and glazed as if she were an ancient creature. She was only 30, in Imperial years. Not that it was a young age, but it was not an old age, either. Beside Krin-Riika stood a male Khajiit, with dark brown fur and brown eyes. He wore a pair a loose trousers. His face was written with pain, and tears streamed like rushing rivers down his face and through his fur. A Nord woman also stood in the room, her head bowed at Krin-Riika, also crying, but hiding it out of some sort of Nord honor. Tsarvi did not cry, she could not. Krin-Riika would not want it. Not from anybody.
Krin-Riika suddenly cough and sputtered, and spoke in a raspy voice. "Thank you...three...for coming...to see me...in my final," she coughed and laughed, "glorious hour," she said. Vaba let out a sharp hiss. "How can you be so light hearted, cherished one? How can you-" The Nord woman looked up. Krin-Riika interrupted him. :I have...wished for death...for so long...even before...we had our wonderful children..oh Gods forgive me...I had wished for it so much then....no one noticed...you helped get rid of that feeling but....it wasn't enough," she said quietly. All three of them watched her. She suddenly clutched her chest and let in a sharp breath, but quickly settled back down. "Vaba. I love you. You are..my moon..my stars...my Nirn...take care of our kids. I failed..them...so very badly," her eyes went to the Nord woman. "You, Selucia, must be...the angriest. I've only wrote you...for too many..years. Forigve me? Our fighting...and drinking days...were the best. After all my...so called...friends left, you were...still there for me. You've no idea...how much...you kept me alive...even if we never...saw each other's faces much...you are like...a sister to me...Selucia," she said, smiling. Selucia came over to her side and hugged her, sobbing openly now. "It's not fair, oh by Talos it's not fair! Curses upon curses on this damn plague! CURSES!" The Nord said, before backing off and wiping at her nose.
Vaba hugged his wife as well, and kissed her forehead. "I refuse to love another, my mate. I refuse to marry ever again. There is not a single woman out there to match you. Even if...even if..there aren't many people here, you are the best of the best. I love you," he murmured, kissing her silently on the lips. Krin-Riika smiled and kissed back, happy remembering he and the others were immune to the plague thanks to that mage. Sighing, she looked over at Tsarvi. "You are...my most recent friend. And one of the...most important people...in this room. Do not...beat yourself up over me..I know you are...even without the tears...you have a job, little one. Molag Bal will not be allowed....to come here," she wheezed painfully, "even over...my dead...body. If the Nine allow...I will bind my spirit...with your quest...and do all I can...to save you and this damned...world," she suddenly jerked violently but once again settled. "Like these two, I love you. More than you know...now..please...death is so...near...I am..scared. So...scared..but happy. Vaba...Selucia...Tsarvi...good night," she whispered. The three of them did solemn bows, besides Vaba, who kissed her extra passionately, and walked out with the other two.
Krin-Riika looked at the door. "Where is Sweet Paws? Do you deny speaking, or seeing me, even now...in death?" She whispered to herself. Still, no one came to the door. She smiled sadly. "This is...how it ends...two whole friends in the entire of Nirn..and one lover...so be it," she cried silently. Sudden images of her life flashed before her eyes. She saw herself as a child, running around chasing her older brothers. She saw the death of her father. She saw the monstrosity of her mother, watching as she would beat her older brothers. She remembered how they had never cried...and she had always cried. She saw herself meeting Sweet Paws for the first time. Romping. Playing. Adventuring together in the weirdest and most dangerous ruins. She saw their bonds shattered by the female who she refused to name. She saw herself drop into depression and grief, drowning her sorrows in alcohol and crime. She saw herself get with Vaba. She remembered the sweet feeling of love making for the first time, her first kiss, her first true lover. She remembered the wedding. The popping out of kids. She saw herself meeting Tsarvi, and Selucia. She saw herself now. Dying. Helpless. She shuddered for a moment. Her sight was gone. Her sense of smell was gone. Her taste. But her ears still heard...and the noises were never more beautiful. Sighing, she let herself go. She let herself sink into the oblivion..the darkness...
