Elodine was quite flabbergasted when the ring was thrust into her hands, and she stared at it, an uneasy feeling in her gut. "I-I-I d-don't know what to say; I've never been given a ring before," she spoke, a bit timid and still trying to figure out why so small a thing could suddenly feel almost heavy.
Ruby & Frodo || Closed RP
Ruby hadn't seen her Hobbit friend in quite some time. He was hard to get a hold of and even harder to track down once he got to moving. FInally she was able to find him, outside on a hill top looking down into a valley. The scene was beautiful. It was diffucult for her to enter his village because of what she was, but she managed from time to time. Walking up behind Frodo and taking a seat next to him, she smiled. "Hey Frodo, how's it going?"

The Visit from Mirkwood | | Frodo Baggins
It was altogether strange, visiting a place she hadn't seen in almost a year. Her former home, which had been engulfed in flames two or three years before, had been rebuilt, and it caught her off guard. Of course, she wouldn't want to move back to the Shire, as her heart was in Mirkwood; it was where she felt most at home.
Walking out the door of the small inn she had been staying at, she smiled as the sun seemed to shine right through the clouds. She quickly made her way towards Bag End, the home of a dear friend; honestly, it had pained her that she hadn't seen Master Baggins in almost three years.
Coming up to his hobbit hole, she quietly opened the door to the fence, and walked up the stairs before knocking on the door. She could have sworn that she felt her heart pounding against her chest in the anticipation.

Elodine, her cheeks a light red, walked forward, pushing hair behind her ear in an attempt to quell her shaky fingers. Looking down towards the ground before looking Frodo in the eye, Elodine grabbed the front of his shirt, pulling him in for a kiss.
