Someone found the watch manual.
And said they are emailing it to me, once I give them my email address anyway. Which I just did.
But thank you to everyone who offered to help me find the manual online. I kept running into very weird sites looking for it, including one that looked too virus-y for comfort.
Vintage digital watches = amazing though. And thanks again everyone who helped or tried to help.
