Okay, I know this one is reaching, but-
Hear me out here. Thancred hanging out with Oboro, Jacke, and WoL. Just think of the shenanigans. I've been thinking about how much they need to interact since I did the NIN Questline but Jacke AND Thancred combined would be the absolute worst influence on Oboro.
Quick question: What's your opinion on Karasu? Have you played NIN, and did his tendency to teasingly/affectionately refer to wol as "[horsebird] chick" throughout the job quests make you flustered too? 💦
Karasu Redbeak? I think he's funny. I started leveling Ninja just to do research on him for things I wrote (Karasu x WoL ofc. You can find it under my Karasu redbeak tag), but I didn't get very far because I suck at Ninja XD (It wasa much easier job in ff11, I prefer that version tbh). I like the way he talks and all his pet names + the way he interacts with the ninja npc. (I will say I would have liked more overlap with the rogue and ninja questline (Jacke and Oboro interaction? 👀). And maybe Yugiri actually delivering on her word to teach you some things...
I have a few NPC who have made me feel "flustered" but Karasu was more like that funny guy that you can't help but like. You tolerate the weird nickname given because he's funny and likeable.
