Does anyone have any completely successful cycling methods to get specific villagers out? I HAD 8/10 dreamies and now I have to cycle out 16 villagers for my top dreamie (RIP ) and that leaves me with only two (3 if i get one from the void) villagers that I want to get rid of ;; I'd really really appreciate it thank u!!

It depends on which route you want to take, whether you want to ignore them until they move out, or talk to them a lot to get them to leave.

You could do the really fast cycle method, but you would likely lose the villagers you currently want to keep, so that's not a good choice for you.

You could, just introduce yourself to whichever villager(s) move in unexpectedly, and then don't speak to them again, and they will leave. They just won't tell you when they do.

Or, you could max out your friendship level with them, and then they will also want to leave, so you need to talk to them all the time, do chores for them, send them letters etc.. You'd need to do this regularly (daily or every other day) to make progress at a decent rate.

I skip two days at a time to cycle, and just go between the same 9 days (two forward at a time first, then two back at a time when I hit the last of the 9 days), and talk to all of the villagers and check who's wanting to leave. It's fairly slow but, I rarely lose villagers.

Okay so I just got Colton from my sisters void, brining me to 10 villagers, and I want to cycle him and Cranston out so I can villager reset for fuchsia , but I'm worried that Colton won't move out because the newest villager will never move out, is there a solution to this? I don't want to get rid of any of my other villagers.

You can always cycle around him, and get Cranston out and then Colton, if you wanted to. But random move-ins (or void move-ins) can move out almost immediately as far as I'm aware, if you only introduce yourself then don't speak to them again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but even if that isn't true you could just do a 1 or 2 day cycle, cycling forward 1 or 2 days at a time to try and avoid any other villagers, except the two you want out, from moving.
