Next week brings the Maple Full Moon marking the arrival of spring and the time trees will begin releasing their sap. 80% of the world's maple syrup comes from Canada.
One of our favourite supplier is Ninutik a local maple syrup supplier who blends their love of design and maple sugar. Their products are as beautiful as they are sweetly delish.
They are even available for special events, making fresh maple lollies and decadent maple wrapped cheese…. amazing.
