our buhisan - toong - jaclupan trek. hiking trail started in brgy buhisan to brgy toong then ending up in brgy jaclupan in talisay cebu. van from cordova took off 7am. spotted a jeepney outside sm city cebu going directly to punta princesa in labangon. fare is ₽10 each. a few walks from jollibee we hired a habal driver otw to the gate. fare is ₽20 each. started hiking. it was actually okay but sometimes very tiring especially when we reach very slopy areas. glad i wore some thin shirt, hoodie wrapped on my hips, leggings and hiking sandals. one would definitely get itchy otw. there were times i had to put down my hoodie ‘cause it was very sweaty, but sometimes it would also feel cold. i did not eat or drink anything after the breakfast we had at home but i’m glad i did not feel hungry at all during our long hike. i also did not have difficulty breathing even when i’m asthmatic. ‘twas a long hike but definitely worth the sweat. it does feel good to do this kind of activity once in a while.
