syn; did aguni never teach you anything? locked away rapunzel who got caught in the teeth of a wolf.
cw; violence, reader is Aguni’s little sister, Niragi is himself (evil), sort of bimbo reader/just spoiled, dub con, intox, graphic content, mention of rape, hardly any depth just wanted to write smut with Niragi lol, lots of insulting. (send requests)
Niragi liked beautiful girls like you. It was no mystery; seeing you for the first time with puckered lips, a pampered countenance, and a golden spoon served right to you, his body heated up with an uncontainable energy.
Aguni treated you like a glass doll. So incredibly fragile; a single tap could destroy you. Niragi knew no one was born so delicate. Nobody was born strong either. He had to force himself into his true essence, one of wrath, one of nature. Slowly but surely, Aguni raised you to be a flower, one that Niragi could pick apart: petal by petal. Rape, murder, arson, theft, assault. Weren't those the properties of humanity?
Tensions were rising among Hatter, his lackeys, the General (your brother), and the militants. Niragi, in all honesty, resented Aguni with unbridled restlessness. He never shows it, but remembers to upkeep his respectful yet hardly dignified appearance. When he was placed to look after you, he imagined the apple didn't fall far from the tree. You'd be an overbearing, self-righteous, hypocritical woman. One that was audible, bossy. The adjectives flooded his head.
When he walked into your room at the beach, his rifle swung over his shoulder, he gazed upon you on the bed. Your bedroom was disorganized but not dirty, scattered with jewelry, red cups, and lip gloss, an unmade bed, everything. His mind steered away from those adjectives. You were clueless. Naive. Untouched. Tempting. Breakable. How did you even survive a single game if big brother wasn't there?
Niragi would eventually learn two things. One, only thing you were good with was a handgun. Two, he understood why Aguni wanted to keep you locked away like a princess up in a tower. Two came before one.
Sunshine had hit your face through the curtain that day, even the great star had to catch sight of this moment. Your heavy-lidded eyes gazing up at Niragi, licking your dry lips. “Uh..’xcuse me?” You asked so incredibly softly. A murmur, almost going unheard. He’d have to quiet down to acknowledge you.
“Sit up. I don't have time for this.” He heard the scoff under your breath, saw the rolling of your eyes. “You came barging in here first,” You muttered. Since, Niragi had to deal with you as both a burden and his responsibility. Aguni would shoot him dead if you were harmed.
-
Niragi had taken you to his room after a game. His room was tidier than your own, aside from a couple of blood stains and an unmade bed. It smelled like sex and old cologne. He had left you there to shower and freshen up. He threw his head back in annoyance every time you complained about getting your princess's hands dirty. Your brother was a dirty piece of shit, this was the opposite. Niragi didn't anticipate danger in the comfort of his own room, so he left to do things.
You were wrapped in steaming water, hair tied up with a clip. The shower’s door was all foggy; you didn't hear anything under the water pressure nor did you see anything through the glass. Not till you turned off the water and opened the door did you notice men were in the bedroom.
Your heart beat fast. It sped up by a hundred miles per hour. They were waiting for you, were they not? Niragi couldn't bring people over here at a time like this. Surely, they had heard the water no longer making a sound?
Your breath fastened and recklessly ran into the bedroom with only a towel wrapped around you. They were caught off guard, grunting and suddenly standing on offense. It wasn't a mystery that you were attractive. You could practically smell their shared intentions.
Your panting was loud, yelling to get attention. They were saying something, something you couldn't understand due to the heartbeat in your brain. Rummaging through Niragi’s cabinet, you cursed him for not organizing this. The one thing he didn't pay attention to.
You heard a loud thud before you process you had been hit across your head with an assault rifle. It came to you that they didn't want to kill you.
Just on time, collapsing, the handgun in his drawer morphed against your hand and came with you. Adjusting it in your hand shakily, you shot consecutively towards the men. Hitting the four legs combined of the two men. Blood spattered on the walls, carpet, and towel. Thank Niragi for never keeping his guns on safety.
It was all a blur, the only skill Aguni had ever taught you was how to operate a gun. What about fighting or mind tricks matters if a bullet pierces your heart? Your mind was hazy from the blow against it, gradually drifting off. Then, the moment your hand retreated from your head, staring at a stain of red, everything disappeared.
It wasn't any longer than ten minutes when Niragi walked into his room, frowning at the shot men and the passed-out woman. “Figures,” He predicted that those lackeys would make a move soon enough, but he didn't expect it’d be now nor that it would be this close to home.
His boot hit across one of their heads, taking the walkie-talkie out and notifying Aguni. “Fuckin’ idiots,” Niragi mumbled. “Screwed by a girl.”
-
You awoke on his bed. It was still not made, but now you had a damp towel stopping the bleeding on your head. “Relax, you’re not dead. You just look like shit.” Teasing came easily when your eyes fluttered open.
Lazily, your eyes darted around. Then, pinpointing Niragi above you. He thought you’d laugh, roll your eyes, maybe just go back to sleep. Niragi couldn’t help the minimal gasp that left his lips when your eyes sparkled with unshed tears. “I’m so, sorry,” You babbled.
He sighed, parting his lips to speak but was interrupted by your blubbering. “Aguni’s gonna hate me,” Your arms were mindlessly wiping the tears falling from your eyes. “He should—”
Quick clicking sounds left from Niragi’s mouth, the sound of his nail tapping on the rifle silencing you. “You can't be serious thinking Aguni would ever blame this one on you,” Your mouth was agape, goggling at him slightly entranced. It’s not like Aguni was above reprimanding you. Whenever you gave Niragi a hard time, put yourself in danger, or broke his rules, you’d get a talking to.
But it’d go something like “Play nice with him, he’s helping you so don’t be mean.” or “I told you not to go out after 12, why don't you ever listen?” This was so much more than staying out past curfew. This was more than relentlessly teasing Niragi. You had been put a target on your back and now getting in the way.
Niragi’s tongue came out to wet his lips in that suggestive manner he always does. “It’s my fault here, sweetheart.”
“At least in Aguni’s eyes.”
You were left in the bed as Niragi was called out. Presumably for a meeting, if it didn’t turn violent.
-
It wasn’t long before Niragi came back and you were completely dazed. The ceiling began to look like figures with lion’s heads and voices calling you to look up at Niragi.
The throbbing and ache in the wound were so obnoxious. The way in which you couldn't even rest had you driven insane.
Sitting up slowly, hand on your head, Niragi got even closer to the bed. He towered over you, one brow raised with his rifle over his shoulder. Soon, he ended up placing it down. “Seems like the men who hurt you did it on their own accord, allegedly.” He ran a hand through his hair, that's when you noticed the blood stain on his clothes.
“You killed them? They didn't kill me why—” He cut you off with a near manic laugh, “Aguni’s orders.”
He noticed how shocked you were. Though, he didn't get the disbelief. “Are you an idiot?” He whispered. “They didn't kill you because they wanted to fuck your unconscious body, stupid.” His words were sharp, blunt. There was no beating around the bush. But even then, you could tell he was frustrated. Probably yelled at.
You glanced away, “M’sorry.” Your voice was low, shameful.
“Stop fuckin’ apologizing. If you wanted to make it up to me, you’d be doing something else instead of bitching.” He grunted, leaning over to observe the wound. It wasn't deep, but it was a lot. “Want a pain killer?” He murmured, rummaging through his even messier drawer.
Your head bobbed up and down slowly. He took one, a pretty blue pill and stuck his tongue out to show you what to do.
Quickly, you follow and pull your tongue out. He placed it on the surface, letting it begin to dissolve among your taste buds. “There we go, it’s gonna make you a bit drowsy, yeah?”
It didn't take long for the effects to kick in, mind spiraling with nothingness. “S’ cold,” You whispered, body falling back into the mattress. A gentle, sleepy hum pulls out of your lips, eyeing him for some warmth.
Niragi deliberately left you minimally dressed. The pain will cause your body to involuntarily shake. “You depend on me more than you realize," Niragi said confidently. But his lack of action to warm you up was baffling.
You felt him pin you down, his entire body hovering over you. With a single long stroke of his tongue, he traced from your abdomen up to your bra. Then, his eyes met yours. He saw how frantic your gaze was, a smirk painted onto his features. Yes, fear, that's what he craved.
The drugs didn't allow you to fight back against the pleasure your body felt. In your right mind, you might have threatened him with snitching to Aguni. But now? Ironically, all you did was quiver.
His hand closed tightly around your throat. Your red-tinted eyes shifted onto the tent in his pants. His tongue aligns with the apple of your cheek. “Wha—” you heaved. “The fuck are you doing?” Your voice was raspy due to a multitude of factors.
“You’re telling me you don't know?” He whispered right onto your earlobe. “What a load of shit,” Niragi spat, his free hand cupping your pussy, panties all damp. He groaned, kissing the corners of your lips.
Your breathing was uneven, chest rising and falling, in conflict with all the sensations. His frustration was obvious. “So fucking tired of your abhorred brother thinking he’s superior to me, to us.” His hold on your throat got tighter and tighter.
Niragi’s knee slipped between your thighs, causing your hips to buck against him. You were too drugged out to care about his ongoing monologue. “Pretending like his baby sister is a saint incarnate, he doesn't know how big a fucking slut she is.” Your whine caught his attention, brows raising, hands coming to steady your hips and prevent you from grinding downward. “Huh, don't you agree?”
Your hands were weak, still attempting to force his hands off of you. They closed around his wrists with barely any force, breathing with ur mouth agape. He lifted one of his hands, jerking yours away. In the matter of a moment, it came down to strike your cheek. “Answer me, hotshot,” He shouted, looking at your flinches.
You looked away, shutting your eyes tightly. His hand grabbed your chin with strength, forcing your gaze onto him. “Such a fucking princess, so better than everybody, gonna tell your brother you want to be fucked by his number two?” His shouting had frightened you. It would frighten anybody. You didn't have enough resilience to argue back, all you did was nod.
He pryed your legs open, licking down them. You didn't fight back, there was no willpower to. But Niragi didn't feel like giving. Generosity wasn't in the card today. His belt came undone in his hands, shoving his pants and boxers off. “Gonna take me like a good bitch, or do I have to force it into you?”
Your shoulders were tense up besides your head and you were fighting to keep your eyes open. Still, you managed a nod. “Atta’ girl.” He laughed, tongue licking his lips. “Knew you had one brain cell left.”
His hands rested on your abdomen, slowly pushing himself inside of you. He was holding back a little bit, permitting you to adjust. “Is she gonna cry?” He taunted, sticking his lower lip outward in a faux, mocking pout. You shook your head, but the tears betrayed you.
“Shh, sh sh.” His thrusts picked up the pace, the sound of smacking and moistness echoing in the room. He realized you weren't making much noise, even as his dick stretched you out. He continued to ram into your cervix, pride hurt by the lack of a positive reaction.
“Not gonna make any sounds?” He whispered, moving to rub your clit in a circle. Your pussy was clenching around him, letting out tiny “ah, ah, ah” chimes now. “Thats what I like to hear.”
Your head was thrown back, his cock angling up against your G-spot. It was all too much, way too much. Your stomach felt a knot forming, or about to untie. “Tummy—” You called out, lips forming an O shape and brows furrowing when he picked up the ferocity.
“Think Aguni would care if I fucked a baby into ya’?” He laughed, finishing all over your velvety walls. Yours happened right after, riding the wave and arching your back. Niragi guided it, hand pressing down on your stomach.
Niragi pulled out, thumb caressing the red mark on your cheek. There was a sort of numb, tingly sensation around it. The painkiller didn't allow you to feel any sort of real pain. “Gonna tell on me?”
You hesitated. The brain fog began to disappear, and the most sane response was “yes.” He squinted his eyes, gesturing towards the rifle. “Will you?” Your body betrayed your sanity, shaking your head. He rewarded you with a pat on the head, climbing off of you.

The Beach is not as glamorous as some make it out to be. It’s still part of the borderlands, after all. How grand can it really be?
“Hey baby, you want to come back up to my room?”
Boring.
You don’t bother to respond, flicking your wrist to shoo the faceless man away. Your eyes remain closed as you sit by the pool, sunbathing because protecting your skin isn’t a priority anymore, now is it? Survival is the only thing of worth out here. It should be devastating but there’s a freedom in having nothing. It brings out what’s important, shines on the values that matter.
The faceless man mutters a slur under his breath as he shuffles away. They are all faceless here. They drink. They fuck. They die.
Except for him.
Niragi’s not faceless. He’s here now. His laugh is unmistakable. If that wasn’t a dead giveaway, the murmurs that follow him are.
He’s the reason you still shave your legs (because let’s be serious, what’s the point in things like that now?). That’s right, the image of that face between your smooth legs, that pierced tongue feasting on you; it’s the only reason to keep beautifying yourself.
A smile flutters across your face. Everything else is still. You’ve seen him watching you, you could have him at any time, but it’s the chase that excites you. You want him to want you.
“What are you smiling about?”
Repressing a sigh, you ignore the second faceless man whose hand is lingering on your thigh. It takes a few more minutes before he gets bored and walks away.
You aren’t stupid, you know they whisper about you behind your back. Let them say what they like. You aren’t here to make friends. This is the easiest place to live. That’s all.
Drowsiness is your cue to head back to your room. The sun is a blessing and a curse. It’s hard to win endurance games with blistering skin. The sounds of people partying aren’t enough to keep you awake anymore. They can laugh, brawl and sing drunken songs, and you can sleep through it all. This place was engraving itself on your skin, becoming home.
Walking into the hotel, the drop in temperature is automatic as a few people run past you laughing on their way out to the pool, you press the elevator button and wait.
“Oh, look who we have here.” It’s the man from earlier. That one that called you a cunt. He has two men on either side of him, closer to you than you’d like. “A stuck up bitch that likes to walk around the place like she owns it.”
You ignore him, turning back to the elevator. Why bother giving him the satisfaction of a response?
“Are you ignoring me, bitch?”
How original. Why is everyone so tedious here?
“She’s ignoring us.”
It happens fast. His fist snakes out and pulls you back by your hair as the bell dings. The elevator door opens. You jab him in the gut and walk forward, followed by the three men. Six arms grabbing at your skin. Swallowing the urge to heave, you instead bite the hand clamped across your mouth. Spinning you bring your heel down on one of their toes.
He’s watching you, that smirk on his face that disappears as the elevator closes. Bastard. Niragi was the last person you wanted to see in this situation. And that smug look. What was that about?
“Shit! She bit me.”
“Hold her down!”
One of them slams your shoulder against the mirror at the back of the spacious elevator with enough force that it cracks. Pain sears up and down your arm as you curse under your breath.
“Not so high and mighty now, are you?” It’s the one from the pool. His friends snicker. “Do you want to come back to my room now?”
“Not even if you were the last man in the world,” you sputter with a soft laugh. That gets you a punch in your gut. You tumble over, crawling into a ball with a hiss.
“Not so tough now, are you?” He bends down close to your face. The elevator dings and opens as he grabs your face, pulling you up to your feet before pulling you against his lips. Hand on the back of your neck he walks you out of the elevator. “I’m going to be the last man to make you scream.”
“In disgust maybe. You’re not man enough to make me scream,” you say, elbowing his stomach with everything you have. It’s his turn to fall to the ground as the other two descend on you. Picking up one of the potted plants on the side of the elevator you throw it at one of the men and ignore the piece of shit screaming something behind you as you run to the stairway. Rounding the corner, you come face to face with Niragi.
“Who’s not man enough to make you scream?” His eyes glisten with amusement.
“I’m hard to please,” you say looking over your shoulder. The two friends are close behind you, the widening of their eyes comical as they see you standing with Niragi. His reputation is well known. They turn back the way they came quickly.
“Should we stop them?” He smirks, slipping the gun off his shoulder.
“Why bother?” You shrug, tongue sliding along your lips, your eyes locked with his. He picks up on the cue, pushing you back against the wall with his body.
“If I kill them will you give me a treat?”
“I’ll give you a chance,” you say, a smile tucking at the corner of your lips. “If you can make me scream, I’ll return the favour.”
“Yeehaw,” he whispers against your neck, his tongue gliding against your skin before he pulls back, turning the corner. You hear gunshots and the sound of bodies falling. Sneaking a peek around the wall the two men are sprawled across the floor, bullet wounds riddling their now lifeless bodies.
“Yeehaw,” you whisper as you follow him up the hall to the elevator where the creep from earlier is still sitting, begging Niragi to reconsider.
“Please, I didn’t realise you two were a thing. Of course I wouldn’t have touched her if I had known,” he says in a high pitched whimper. “Please. I won’t do it again.”
“I know,” he says before pulling the trigger, causing you to flinch. You thought he was going to play with him a little. He turns to you and motions towards the elevator before walking in.
A soft moan comes from the room as Niragi presses a button. Looking down at the man, his eyes flicker and you realise he’s still alive. From the soft wheeze of his struggling breath coming from deep within his chest, you assume Niragi shot him in the lung.
Before you can look at him for too long Niragi is in front of you, blocking your view, a smirk on his lips. He takes a step towards you, leaving no room to move, your back already up against the wall behind you. His fingers walk up your arms before finding their way into your hair. He pulls your head back and excitement pools between your legs, the previous touch of the man gurgling at your feet forgotten as Niragi’s lips claim yours.
You know it’s wrong. After everything you’ve heard about him, all the vile things he’s capable of. All the things you’ve seen with your own eyes–although not as bad as the claims made by others–do in fact give credence to those very claims. You know it’s wrong, but it’s also exciting. If this isn’t the place to indulge your darkest desires, you don’t know where is. You’re sick of being a good girl, sick of being in control, sick of always doing the right thing.
The ding of the elevator snaps you out of your reverie. His tongue slides across your neck one last time before he turns, leading the way. You take a gander behind you, the man struggles to reach out his hand towards you, eyes bulging before the doors close.
Following behind Niragi in silence you notice how quiet it is up on this floor. It’s rare not to see other people walking the halls here and there, because although the preference is the poolside, people don’t usually hang out there every minute of their day.
He stops to look at you before turning the knob. “Ladies first.” It feels like a dig but you enter the dark room anyway, feeling along the wall for the light.
The door closes and the room darkens, the only light faintly fluttering across the room coming from between the closed curtains. As you find the light switch his hands envelop your fingers, spreading your arms out, his chest against your back as he pins you flush against the wall. He chuckles before nibbling on your neck, his cock already hard against your arse. You hear something placed against the wall near the door, most likely the rifle.
He turns you, the dark outline of him seen through your unadjusted eyes briefly before he throws you over his shoulder. You let out a squeak, clutching desperately at his back as he walks you over to the other side of the room. He plops you down on the bed before you have a moment to gather your thoughts.
“You don’t waste time,” you joke as you bounce on the bed. Before you can add anything else you have to shield your eyes from the sudden intrusion of light as he spreads open the curtains.
“Of course. I want to play with my new toy.”
“Toy?”
He smirks, turning back to open the window, the light sounds of laughter and splashing can be heard from below.
“You looking for an audience?” Squeezing between the pillows you push your back against the headboard.
“Where are you going?” He slithers over and pulls you back down to the bottom of the bed. His hand slips under your shirt, the shock of his touch causing your back to arch. “You’re this sensitive yet you’re hard to please?”
Slapping away his hand you sit up, the noise from outside sounding closer than you’d like. “I’m just cold. Since you opened the window.”
“Then I better warm you up,” he says, a mischievous grin flashing across his face before his tongue dances along his bottom lip.
“You could just shut the window.”
“Shy, too? I wouldn’t have expected that from our earlier conversation,” he says, pushing you back down, his body hovering over yours. His hands push against your shoulders to keep you in place as his tongue glides down your stomach leaving a soft wet trail.
“Not shy. Just private.”
He smirks before his lips caress your hips, nibbling at the flesh. He pulls down your pants, leaving them around your ankles and chuckles at the floral print panties underneath.
“It’s laundry day,” you say, pushing against him. “And the window is still open.”
“You won’t notice it in a moment.” He lowers himself again to your hips kissing along that delicate line between your stomach and underwear.
He grabs your sides and pulls you closer, your legs now dangling off the edge of the bed. Slipping one ankle out of your pants, you slide your legs apart. He kneels between them in silence. Starting to regret stirring up this situation you hover on your elbows looking over your body at him.
“Lay down.” It’s a demand, his tone shocks you into submission, you lay back against the plush bedding. Thoughts scurry around your head with haste, accompanied with feelings of confusion and embarrassment parading to the front of the line.
Then you feel his tongue flicker across your pussy over the fabric of your ill advised choice of panties. He finds your clit and the power of his sucking, tongue swirling over the sensitive flesh, causes you to let out a gasp. The sensation feels both erotic and dirty.
The sensation of his moist tongue flush against you yet denied complete access by the cotton clinging to your flesh is new. His hair tickles your inner thigh, his tongue zigzagging across your sensitive thigh. Wanting more, no, needing more, your fingers start to pull at your underwear only to have him push you back. You try again but this time the pressure of his tongue stops. Assuming he’s about to slip off your panties you sink back against the pillows, but instead of pleasure a searing pain radiates up from the flesh of your skin.
“What the fuck?” you say as you jerk up, practically spitting the words, moving to rub at the red mark he left branded against your skin.
Thrusting his hands against your shoulders you’re slammed back against the bed. This bastard really just went there. He looks down at you, wagging his finger back and forth as you attempt to get up once more. “I’ll tell you when you can move. Feel free to scream all you want but stay still.”
Heat skips across your cheeks as you lie back down, your eyes on his as he takes your clit back into his mouth, his tongue moving circles across the soft flesh. Excitement pools in your lower abdomen, making it difficult to deny. You refuse to scream for this man. Biting your lip you lean back, closing your eyes.
You try to think of another time, attempting to avoid the pleasure the beast between your legs is eliciting, avoiding the way he flicks his tongue while smirking up at you. Why are your eyes open again? But damn if he isn’t fucking georgous. His curves, his bones, his skin. It’s exciting to watch someone so pretty do such dirty things to you.
Curling your toes and clenching your fists you refuse to believe that he can make you come without even getting your pants off completely, your jeans still hanging from your left foot. Think of the jeans, don’t think of his tongue and that piercing or what he’s capable of doing with that mouth when you’re finally naked. Your breath hitches. You're close. Turning to the side you bury your head, hands tight balls as you let the wave of your orgasm flow through you with a soft sigh.
Looking down at him, that smug smile still on his face, he finally pulls your panties down. His tongue laps up the crease of your thighs before taking a bite. “Are you ready to scream?”
“You think you can make–"
Your words are cut off by the sudden pressure of his fingers plunging into your pussy, his lips back on your clit as you throw your head back.
“You’re dripping for me, baby. It’s only a matter of time before I get you to scream.”
Frowning you try to remember why it was you couldn’t scream, why had you decided not to give in fully to the pleasure Niragi was so intent on providing. The reason escapes you as the cold piercing dances across your clit, a contrast to the warmth of his mouth. He’s right, you are dripping. The wet, sloppy sounds of his fingers deep in your cunt makes you want more.
There’s a dangerous hungry look in his eyes that promises a long night. Biting your tongue your fingers pull at his hair before digging into his back, your nails marking him as he finds your spot. He’s got you now and he knows it. His fingers stoke back and forth, caressing your g-spot with persistent precision as his tongue vibrates, the two movements working together in unison until he pulls out of you.
“What?”
Crawling up on your elbows, you frown at the absence of his heat. The slight breeze from the window brings attention to the beads of sweat lining your forehead and down the small of your back. Why the fuck did he stop?
The question is answered as he pulls towards him, “I want everyone to hear you whimper and moan.”
That brings you out of your temporary euphoria. “You wish.”
“I don’t need to wish. You’ll be screaming out for me in a few minutes.”
You scoff. Right as you start to turn away from him he grabs you up and flings you over towards the window, like a ragdoll he has you bent halfway out the window. He blocks your attempts to hit him, pinning your hips painfully against the window frame, your breasts on display for anyone who happens to be looking up from the pool only a few stories below.
“You bastard! Let me go before people see.”
“But baby, I want them to see,” he whispers into your ear, one hand cupping your breast and the other on your ass. He chuckles before licking up your neck. “If you don’t want them to notice then keep quiet.”
“I’ll fucking kill you for this.”
“No, you won’t. By the time we’re done you’ll be thanking me.”
“I very much doubt that,” you say between clenched teeth pushing back hard against his chest. He’s an impenetrable wall.
“Let’s time it and see how long it takes,” he says, bringing his wrist up to you, the Rolex showing 5:53. “I can guarantee that you’ll be screaming before six.”
“Fuck you.”
“That’s the plan.” The words resonate against your skin as his tongue flutters across the back of your neck. He massages your breasts, his cock hard against your entrance. “I’m going to fuck you until you can’t stand.”
Gripping the side of the window ledge you bite your lip to hold back the gasp that threatens to escape as his thick cock thrusts into your slick pussy. The angle he has forced your body into enables his dick to pound against that special place, that magical spot that makes you weak in the knees. Fucker. A tear rolls down your cheek as he fills every inch of your pussy with himself, fitting perfectly within you, as if this is where he belongs.
Shuddering, you bite your lip harder as the sinful pleasure of his cock pummels into you over and over until you worry you're about to give in. The moans start as whispers before morphing into loud pants until ultimately they turn into desperate pleas. The heat is gushing through your body like lava on a rampage, unable to stop even with the strong wind blowing against your naked skin. The only thing holding you up as your knees buckle are his hands on your hips. Even your grip on the window loosens; you're complete putty in his hands.
The wanton purr that exits your lips is unfamiliar as his pace quickens, the tears coming down a little faster as he pounds into your g-spot repeatedly. Gulping with sudden abandon, the freshness of the air from this height almost unnoticed, you whine as he bites your ear lobe and neck, his tongue playful against the side of your head.
“You’re so tight.”
The words bounce around for a few moments before they form into something you understand, the bliss causing a delirious fog within your brain. The air up here is too sweet. It’s dizzying as you look down. You can see someone looking up at you but you can’t think why it matters anymore. Blood is pulsing throughout your body, the sound of your heartbeat loud enough that you don’t hear what he’s saying.
“Hmm?”
“I said it’s okay to let it out. Let go. Come for me." His voice is honey and you’re so very thirsty, but when you lean back for a taste he instead twists your hair around his fingers and snaps your head back.
Pleasure and pain erupt within. Shaking, you give into the ecstasy. The need within you is electrifying and inescapable, you allow the pleasure to ripple out, slink across your skin and crescendo from within. You try to ignore the crowd forming below but if you are honest with yourself, it only turns you on more. The intensity of your arousal skyrockets into something you can no longer control.
“Fuck! Oh, God!"
The words are not screams. They are loud, yes, but not screams. The friction is torturous, his pace beyond human comprehension. Howls of rabid pleasure fill the room and you want to tell whoever’s making the loud, guttural sounds to shut up when you realise it’s coming from you. Fuck. You’re like a fucking animal, teeth bared as his own bury into your neck again. It’s enchanted delirium and you’re drowning in it.
“Come for me, baby.”
That’s when the walls begin to crumble beneath you, your body splintering as the waves of fire sputter from within and erupt, every atom ignited in pure bliss. He continues to slide into you slower now but still touching that spot with meticulous skill. Your fire burns down to your bones yet somehow avoids him, only scorching you.
Your vision darkens and blurs as you ride out the final waves. High pitched ringing vibrates within your ears as you cling to the window frame, your legs wobbling as you turn back to him. It takes everything left in you to resist the urge to slap him. He’s holding up his watch, that smirk plastered across his face. 5:57.
“Well, looks like you screamed,” he whispers, pulling you into him, his lips claiming yours. He’s honey and you’re still thirsty. He pulls back, a look of impish delight flashing across his face as he pushes you down roughly to your knees. “You can thank me by returning the favour.”
Summary: You don’t feel too good about trying something new, luckily Niragi takes the time to listen, his solution bringing you comfort.
Genre: smut, comfort, 18+, requested.
A/N: this was a small idea I had for request that gave a very vague description, I hope you like it! It’s not too long but I thought it was cute, remember consent and through discussions are sexy.
Warning: fingering, kink discussion, edging.
Alice In Boderland Masterlist
"Where are yo-" Niragi stopped in the doorway, mouth shaped in an o as he looks at you crying.
"I'm sorry." You sobbed, holding the rope he had asked you to get. "I can't."
"Can't?" He shook his head, padding over to you.
The bed sink a little as he sat beside you, arm pulling you in for a hug. "Come here, baby. Talk to me.”
“I wanted to try it for you, I know how much you like that stuff I just don’t know how to stop panicking every time I think about being restrained.” You explained through a series of heavy breaths, the scent of his cologne calming you somewhat.
“Pretty girl, what am I going to do with you hm? You wanted to please me so bad that you wanted to try something even when you were scared?” He chuckled, reaching to brush your tears from your face.
You nodded, leaning further into him. “I wanted to be good I really did, I just… I can’t.”
He pulled you into his lap, securing his arms around you. The warmth of his frame pressed against yours only brought you a sense of comfort you were desperate for. “The thing about bondage and kinks darling is that they are supposed to be enjoyable, you can still be good and not be ready to try things that make you feel sad or uncomfortable. I would never expect you to do something that made you feel uncomfortable in a bad way.”
“I know you like it though.” You sniffled, your head resting against his collarbone. “I don’t like it when we can’t do the things you like because you’re so good to me, you take care of me and I want to do that for you too.”
“Doll, look at me.” He breathed, hand coming up to guide your chin, smiling when your gaze landed on him. “There’s an awful lot that you do for me, when you give me your trust during a scene you’re doing something for me, when you cheer me up on a bad day you’re doing a lot for me, your presence, your laugh, even our conversations does a lot for me. In the past, I wasn’t the best with my anger but having you here helped, I learned to be a better man because I had you. Don’t ever downplay what you’ve done or who you are because you can’t do one thing, one thing that, in comparison to all the other amazing things you’ve done, is nothing.”
“It’s just…” you trailed off, trying to find the right words. “I want you to be happy with me, I don’t want you to think I’m incapable.”
He hummed, finger tapping against your leg. “Do you trust me, baby?”
You nodded instantly. “With my life.” You firmed your voice, wanting to show how much you meant the declaration.
“Lay down.” He motioned to the bed, helping you off his lap.
You laid the way he directed you, head on the pillow.
He gave you a smile. “Now hold your hands above your head and don’t let go of the headboard.”
You followed his request, gripping it tightly. “I won’t let go.”
You watched as he trailed his hands up and down your thighs, goosebumps forming over your skin. “So pretty, so good baby.”
You preened at the praise, letting your eyes flutter closed as he continued moving. You tensed your legs as his hand slid under your shirt, finger tracing your nipple. “Look at you staying still, don’t even need ropes when you’re so good at listening.”
His touch mixed with the praise only served to encourage your arousal, but still, you remained in place, wanting to show him just how well you could behave. “Feel s’ good.”
“Remember be still sweetheart.” He whispered, his finger moving down to trace your pussy from the outside of your underwear. “Who does this belong to?”
“Y-you.” You stuttered. “Only yours.”
He hummed, pleased with your response. Your grip on the headboard tightened as he pushed your underwear to the side, finger sliding up and down your folds before dipping inside of your hole. “Fuck.” You nibbled at your lip, resisting the urge to buck your hips for more.
“So wet for me, who knew my baby could get turned on so easily?” He teased, slipping another finger in.
“More-more p-please.” You whined, knuckles turning white.
“Whatever you say doll.” He chuckled, fingers picking up the pace as he slid them in and out, curving them up now and again to brush against your g-spot.
You kept still and he fucked your cunt with his fingers, your moans growing from a small whimper to throaty grand, your toes clenching and unclenching. “Gonna-gonna cum.” You blabbered out, words slurred.
He pumped his fingers into you a few more times, bringing your orgasm to the edge just one more and you’d-
Your eyes shot open as he removed his fingers, wiping them on a nearby cloth. “Wh-what?” You felt your orgasm slipping away, still not daring to move.”
“Relax darling, deep breaths. You’re going to sit there and not move, don’t touch, I’ll be right back.” You knew he wanted you to let your orgasm go, forgetting the idea of having one today. Despite how desperate you felt to just rub your thighs together, how easy it would be to reach down and find the pleasure you were slowly losing you didn’t. You stayed still.
You were sure it had been at least 10 minutes when he came back into the room, a bottle of water in hand. “You can let go now, come to me.”
You crawled over to him, he had sat on the edge of the bed making it easier for you. He uncapped the water bottle pushing it to you. “Drink.”
You accepted it, only realising how dry your throat had got once the cool water slid down it. “Thank you.”
“Do you know why I asked you to do that?” He raised an eyebrow, taking the water bottle back from you before closing it and placing it on the floor. “Do you know why I told you to stay there?”
You shook your head, you knew he had a reason but it wasn’t entirely clear. “I didn’t need a piece of rope to keep you still, you listened so well and you didn’t move, you made me so proud. Despite the fact you could have moved you didn’t, you still submitted and followed what I had instructed you to do. That’s a thousand times more satisfying than having you tied up.”
You let the words settle in your mind, he was right, somehow you understood the way it made him feel. “I really wanted to show you I could be good.” You explained, wanting to make up for your inability to be tied.
“You’re always good, when something pushes your limits I will never force you to do it. I will never force you into an uncomfortable situation for my own gain. There are always options and other things that can be tried.” It was moments like these, tired from playing, his hand running through your hair as you laid your head on his thigh where everything just felt right, felt perfect.
“You edged me.” You simplified. “You edged me, you gave me the ability to take what I wanted but you knew I wouldn’t.”
“Correct baby.” He laughed. “You did so good, I knew you’d listen.”
“How did you know I didn’t…you left the room.” You outed, turning to look up at him.
“I stayed by the doorway, I’d never leave you during a scene.” His smile turns a little more serious. “I’ll always be here for you.”
“I love you.” You smile, tucking your face away against him.
He leans down placing a kiss on your head. “I love you too pretty girl.”

I really enjoyed writing this, but sorry if the ending is a bit rushed, I really wanted to finish it before I went to sleep. About the smut, there are only references but it's not explicitly narrated, not that it makes me uncomfortable, but I don't know how to narrate it, I'm really sorry! 😭

His girlfriend.
Two words that hurt every time someone uttered them.
And that was because they had long ceased to be true. Yes, there was a time when she herself displayed the title with a smile under the gaze of the other Executives, who privately bet on how long it would take Niragi to throw it all away.
Mira was the winner: she gave a maximum of one month, and a day before the deadline, all hell broke loose.
Niragi had never touched her beyond protective and possessive hugs, but that night after the game of spades he took it upon himself to get her drunk on all the alcohol in the bar and then rape her in front of the other members of The Beach who were in the pool. She remembers screaming for help, but only received looks of disgust and pity from the others. No one lifted a finger to help her.
Her torment went on all night; Niragi took her back and forth, fucking her in all the common areas to show everyone who she belonged to.
"I don't want to... Please-"
"Who said anything about wanting? You're a selfish bitch, it's not about you. It's about what I want. And I want to keep using this pretty hole of yours until I'm satisfied."
His girlfriend no longer existed. She was now so shattered that she couldn't even remember her own name, and it had been a long time since she had tried to do so. All of her had been reduced to two aliases that depended entirely on Niragi's mood:
Sweetheart when his mood was acceptable (or he had hurt her so badly that he felt slightly guilty).
Or
Desperate whore when he was upset (almost always).
The rest of the people simply recognized her as Niragi's property, and that was enough for them to avoid her like the plague because no one wanted to get into trouble with him. Not even the Executives dared to speak to her or acknowledge her presence. That was the best thing for everyone.
For everyone other than her, of course.
She opened her eyes slowly, feeling them moisten from the contact with the sunlight slipping through the curtains. Her body felt heavy and she couldn't feel her left arm. She sat carefully on the bed searching the room for some sign of Niragi's presence, and could almost breathe easy when she realized she was alone.
Almost, because the sound of the lock opening caused what little strength she had mustered to flee her body in a matter of seconds. A tray peeked through the door followed by Niragi's slender frame. He smiled as soon as he saw her conscious.
“Ah, I'm glad you're awake. I was planning on making you do it myself in case you were still asleep.” He walked to the edge of the bed and set the tray down in front of her. He watched her shrink back and bring her knees to her chest, hugging herself. Niragi frowned as he noticed how she avoided his gaze. “Eat.” He ordered giving her a light tap on the leg.
She held her position.
"Listen sweetheart, I won't say it one more time. Eat." His voice was threatening. She looked at the tray and took the plate of fruit that was there, starting to eat silently. Niragi brushed a lock of her hair out of her face and she shivered from the contact. When she was finished with the contents of the plate, she set it down on the tray again and returned to her original posture.
Niragi noticed how tightly she held the bandages over her left wrist and realized they were stained with blood. He picked up the tray and set it down on a nearby piece of furniture and then turned to where she was and bent down to carry her.
"What are you doing?"
"Let's give you a bath, you're a disgusting cutie right now."
He came into the bathroom and left her sitting on the toilet. "Undress" She obeyed as he prepared the tub with hot water. Niragi was aware that her body ached and knew that he was responsible, so it was his duty to take care of her. That and for no reason would he let anyone else do it. Only he could break and fix his doll. When he felt the right water, he poured a generous amount of bubble soap on her and turned to look at her. She was covering her body awkwardly.
How cute, Niragi thought, she's still embarrassed that I'm looking at her.
The thought of moving her arms to leave her exposed to him crossed his mind for a moment, but he let it go. It would allow her to retain a modicum of modesty this time. He lifted her back up to carefully deposit her in the tub. He took shampoo and began to massage her scalp gently. Niragi felt his pants begin to tighten as he noticed how vulnerable she was. He might as well get into the tub and abuse her until he made her cry with pleasure....
But no. He decided that, for once, he would leave her alone. At least as far as his self-control would allow. He began to wash her body carefully, scrubbing at her arms with a sponge.
"I can do it alone.” she murmured.
"No, you can't," Niragi replied with annoyance in his voice. He was surprised that, after so much, she was still trying to put up a fight. He took her left arm and began to remove the bandage covering her wrist. The fresh scar adorned it like a bracelet. Niragi gently pressed down on the cut. "Does it hurt?" he asked.
She nodded. She gasped in pain when Niragi accidentally splashed her with hot water.
"This is something you could have avoided if you weren't such a selfish bitch" Niragi barked with a hint of anger in his voice. Memories of her in that same tub the night before clouded his vision.
He had returned from a game ready to unload the adrenaline with her and the next thing he knew the bathroom floor was covered in blood with her unconscious in the center.
Niragi had rushed to squeeze the wound on her wrist to stop the flow of blood as he ran to the infirmary in search of Ann. The woman looked shocked for a few minutes until she seemed to regain her composure and ordered her to leave her on the gurney. Niragi went to get painkillers while Ann tried to bring her back to consciousness.
"Let go of me," was the first thing she said to Ann as she opened her eyes.
"What?"
"Let me die" she asked in desperation tearing her throat. "Please tell him you couldn't do anything..." The babbling came out of her mouth awkwardly. Ann felt her heart constrict.
"You know I can't do that. You know well what he's capable of."
Tears began to well up in her eyes. Ann clenched her fists.
"You're the one who makes him have some sanity."
Ann had spoken the truth. That was what all the Executives thought. That was why they had let Niragi do whatever he wanted with her. She was their scapegoat, the sacrifice they had to make to keep the peace on The Beach.
When Niragi took her back to the room, he took it upon himself to chastise her for her cowardice. "Do you really hate me so much that you'd rather die than be with me?" he bellowed in a mixture of rage and pain. What she remembers before she fell unconscious is nodding and feeling Niragi's body pounce on her.
Once all traces of blood, semen and tears were wiped from her, Niragi wrapped her in a towel and carried her back into the room, laying her on the bed. He tossed her one of his shirts and waited for her to get dressed.
"I have a surprise for you." He told her when she was ready. Niragi smiled proudly as he showed her the pair of handcuffs he had gotten from Hatter in exchange for participating in ten more games.
She opened her eyes in surprise. The handcuffs meant they would come out. Niragi only allowed her to be outside only to participate in the games and he always accompanied her. He reached over and placed one handcuff on her right wrist, then locked the other on his own arm.
"Where are we going?" she asked with a knot in her stomach. Niragi ignored her voice and walked out of the room, dragging her with him.
"'Sweetheart, I thought I told you I don't like questions."
They walked through the hallway amidst curious glances until they reached the dining room of The Beach. Niragi murmured. "I thought you might like to stretch your legs. I hear going for a walk is good for pets."
He stopped in front of a table away from the others and ordered her to sit down. He removed the metal from his wrist and closed it around the base of the table, leaving her with no way to leave.
"I'll go get our food," he reported. "Don't do anything stupid, sweetheart."
Saying this, Niragi walked away to the buffet area. She stood motionless, casting quick glances around. She didn't see any familiar faces, but that didn't make much difference. No one would help her anyway, and she wasn't going to ask them to. She kept fiddling with one end of the bandage that had moved out of place until she noticed a presence beside her.
She raised her head expecting to see Niragi, but panic spread through her body when she saw that it wasn't him. A guy who looked about her age was looking at her worriedly.
"Are you okay?" The stranger asked with a grimace. Her curious eyes traveled over the bruises reaching to see on her body, stopping at the handcuffs. She ignored the guy hoping he would take the cue and walk away.
He didn't.
"Hey, tell me what's going on...why are you wearing those handcuffs? Did someone-?"
"Let go of me." She interrupted him.
"What?"
"Don't talk to me and walk away."
The guy folded his arms, the expression of distress expanding. "How can you say that, it's obvious someone is hurting you! It's my duty to help you."
Nervousness showed on her face. She glanced behind him, fearful that Niragi would see her with someone nearby.
"This is none of your business. I'm fine. Just leave me alone already." Her tone was more pleading than annoyed. "Please spare me any more trouble."
The guy was new to The Beach, that much was obvious. Otherwise he wouldn't have approached her. Apparently no one had warned him yet about Niragi and his... pet.
"Look, it's okay. I'm going to get you out of those cuffs and take you to some Executive to help you" The guy gave her a reassuring smile then touched her cuffed arm. She instinctively looked over to where Niragi was and found that he was already watching the scene.
"Run" she whispered to the boy as she saw Niragi approaching with pure anger flashing in his pupils. When the boy followed her gaze, he met Niragi's fist directly in his face.
"Who gave you permission to touch my things!" he shouted angrily at him. The boy's nose was bleeding. The stranger looked at her as if seeking help, but Niragi grabbed him by the chin and forced him to look at him. "Didn't they ever teach you to keep your nose out of other people's business?"
"I didn't-" Another blow. Niragi had kneed him in the stomach. He turned to her. "What did this jerk say to you?"
"Nothing..."
"Don't lie!" Niragi threw another punch that knocked him to the ground. She shrieked in terror. "Are you going to tell me or wait for me to reduce him to a pool of blood?"
"He just asked me if I was okay!" she sobbed, covering her ears so she wouldn't hear the boy's whimpers.
Niragi let loose another kick to the body beneath him. The other people in the dining room watched everything in silence. "Thanks for worrying about her, you idiot. She's perfectly fine under my care" he bellowed with a sadistic grin on his face.
"S-sorry" whispered the boy on the floor.
"I never said you could talk" Niragi replied before delivering another kick straight to his face. She could have sworn she heard his nose crack.
"Stop it, Niragi, please" she begged. Tears were already running down her cheeks. The boy had only wanted to help her.
Niragi gave her a disdainful look and turned away from the body on the ground. "I'm done with him, doll. I doubt he'll get up after this." He removed her handcuffs and grabbed her tightly by the bandaged wrist.
"It hurts!" she screamed trying to wriggle free.
Niragi tightened his grip pulling her out of the dining room. "I'm not finished yet," he warned, "I have to punish the little bitch who talked to a stranger and let them touch her."
A/N - This chapter does have a brief trigger warning! It IS marked clearly, but please beware regardless <3
Part One, Series Masterlist
You awoke after not too long to a loud crashing sound. Startled, you bolted to your feet, your eyes immediately drawn to the sky as a large blimp hit the ground, erupting in flames despite the water surrounding it. A king has fallen; the King of Clubs to be specific.
Why were you walking towards it? This was stupid. Every rational thought in your mind told you not to, but your feet just kept moving forward. You should be trying to get food; it had already been a day since you ate. You should be finding water, supplies. Not heading into the literal fires of hell that surely awaited you.
Before you knew it, you had broken out into a sprint. You couldn't explain it. But you knew you needed to get there as quickly as possible. You hadn't run this fast towards anything in your entire life. Thanks to the few Spade games you've managed, you were decent at endurance, but it was far from your best suit. Your lungs started burning before long, your mind unsure if it was from the smoke plummeting towards you and the sky or the fact that you were dehydrated as all hell. But it didn't matter.
Niragi sneered, hidden and lingering against the wall, watching as Arisu and Usagi buried Tatta. 'Finally, he did something useful...' Niragi nearly rolled his only good eye. The bandages surrounding most of his body would need changing soon, or he'd die without even going into a game. He snuck away easily, his face a near-permanent scowl as he made sure to get some distance between him and... them. That stupid happy-go-lucky couple...
He managed to find an empty house, clearly already ransacked but by the looks of it, only the kitchen had been raided. Lucky him. Down the hallway was the bathroom, a pitiful stench of death coming from the bathtub, stained red. He scoffed slightly at the sight; death was nothing new for any player in the Borderlands. But condemning yourself to hell earned something different from pity in this state; it reeked of defeat and disgust.
Finding some bandages, Niragi began the painful process of replacing the old ones. Most were thrown on carelessly. Everything hurt, so what was the point of trying too hard? Your face flashed in his mind for just a split second, and it gave him a moment of pause before he quickly disregarded the thought of you.
He had searched as long as he could the day after the Beach burned to the ground, before his wounds caught up to him and he couldn't continue without giving himself some sort of treatment.
These brief few days gave him plenty of room to think. That was the best part of being alone; it only gave you time and thoughts to dwell on. But sometimes, those thoughts that surface are better left alone. He had half-expected to find you immediately, or at least within the first day. How far could you have possibly gotten in such a short amount of time? Far, apparently.
His mind kept wandering back to that day at the Beach before everything went to hell; literally. Chishiya had clearly known where you were, yet refused to tell him. He should've just shot him. The outcome would've been the same. He's still left without you. And you're probably sneaking around with that bloody snake, slithering his way through the Borderlands like the serpent he is.
Niragi finally finished half-assing his bandages, the couch under him stiff and just plain uncomfortable. But the sun was setting, the locks on the house worked, and rest didn't come this easily often. He closed his eyes, the pain under his bandage persisting. But eventually, sleep caught up with him. A deep sleep, accompanied by your face, haunting his dreams. "Y/N..."
By the time you got there, the fire was extinguished to ash, still fleeting up into the sky. Your heart was beating fast, though whether it was from the running or the familiarity of the smoke, you couldn't be too sure. The sun was beginning to set in the distance, making the cross on the grave shadow over the freshly dug dirt. You were still panting, your eyes softening as the spark of familiarity ran through you at the sight of the hat on the grave. The mechanic.
**!! Warning! Brief mention of S.I. (Suicidal ideation) ahead! !!**
You closed your eyes for a moment; you never cared much for prayer, it was often something forced on you by your parents and grandparents. But rarely, similar to when you come across a dead animal on the side of the road, you'd give yourself a moment to pause, and kindly ask whatever God out there... 'Please let them in. They've done nothing wrong.'
You suddenly froze up. Niragi was dead, or so Chishiya claimed. But you had no reason to doubt him; no reason to question his words. If there was a heaven or some kind of afterlife... Would Niragi be there?
You felt something wet run down your face. Looking up, you notice the dark looming clouds, yet rain seemingly hadn't arrived quite yet. Your hand reached up, wiping a tear you hadn't known you shed away. You weren't the smartest, but you did know that even if there was a higher power, they wouldn't let Niragi in.
Something in you changed at that moment. It was as if... you suddenly felt no fear at all. The only fear you had was not being able to rest without Niragi. And so, if someone like Niragi went to hell... Then you'd make sure you held your head high and went to hell alongside him.
**!! Clear !!**
DAY TWO
The next day, you quickly realized why so many blimps still stood. Knowing the difficulty and the suit does you no good in this place... just instills fear. Only two blimps went down yesterday; King of Clubs and Queen of Diamonds. Your mind went to Chishiya, wondering where the hell he even was after all this... Did he partake in the King of Clubs game? It didn't seem to fit his style. But all the other blimps stood, floating still in the sky, all but the King of Spades which wandered about, coming into sight now and then.
You made your way to a rather familiar-looking convenience store hidden behind some buildings, almost as if by habit. The area looked rather familiar, but something in you couldn't quite place it. You felt rather lucky, stepping inside to see it had only been hastily rummaged through, snacks and a few perishables still left behind.
One of the first things that caught your eye was the gumball machine. Kuina's laugh echoed in your mind briefly, making a weak smile tug at your lips. "I wonder if she'd chew on them, if she lost her candy stick..." A soft laugh escaped you; the Beach wasn't the best place, but... some of the people certainly had their own charms that made it bearable.
You couldn't help but grab a few gumballs from the machine, rummaging for a decent bag to carry some supplies in. You found a few packages of ramen that were still untouched; even without running water, food is food and this wasn't the place to be picky.
"Ha, no way..."
The green label caught your eye. It was your favorite childhood drink, one of the few luxuries your family afforded you on occasion. You grabbed a bit more than necessary; why not?
You unscrewed the cap and nearly drank the whole thing in one go. The sugar was probably hell at this point, but something to drink was better than nothing, as long as it went down alright. After managing to find some emergency supplies, the patter of light rain on the rooftop captured your attention. You never really liked the rain. It reminded you of... other things.
The umbrella opened as you stepped out of the store, glancing around, and deciding which route to take. Something pulled you down towards the alleyway, an odd sensation.
Niragi.
You froze immediately. The rain started coming down harder, your eyes wide and glued to the ground, an awfully familiar scenary laid out in front of you. You staggered back slightly, barely catching yourself on the side of the dumpster before you found yourself sliding down the front of it to the ground.
You were running at the time. Running from Haru, running from everything. It was a day just like this, years ago but seemingly so fresh. You ran into a boy with glasses, knocking you both over. Niragi was your savior for a day; buying you enough time to escape from your abusive brother.
But now... after all this time, it all came together. That was Niragi, before... before everything. Even before the Borderlands, he had still saved her, unknowingly. He must've taken an awful beating back then, all because she ran into him and he just so happened to get in the way of Haru.
The umbrella dropped to your side, the feeling of the cold rain completely numb on your skin. You knew all this already. So why was this empty alleyway so... painful? No matter how much you tried not to, Niragi's face kept persisting in your mind. From the moment you met at the Beach, to the moment his shirt covered your shoulders for the first time, to the day he told you to stay hidden.
Why hadn't you just... grabbed his hand that day? He said he'd clear it for you, all you had to do was turn a blind eye and just go back to the room and wait for him.
You didn't even realize you were sobbing until you choked on a breath, breaking out into a meltdown. You should've just grabbed his hand. You should've just done what he told you. You should've trusted him. Why did you leave him?
Your screams echoed off the walls of the alleyway, heard even over the echo of the rain. Your fists hit the dumpster wall like a punching bag, howling out in pain. But despite the blood appearing rapidly on your knuckles, the pain wasn't from any injury that could be seen.
He could hear the screams from all the way down the street. But he knew them instantly, a sound that made him both concerned and his chest tighten slightly, not as if he'd ever showcase it. He quickened his pace slightly, his hands tucked into his pockets. He slowed them just in time as he rounded the corner, taking in the sight before him.
You were sobbing in the corner of the dumpster. Your hair was damp and unkept, your face red, your hands bunched up into fists and you rocked back and forth. He had seen it before when a patient was about to snap. But that wasn't his expertise. His footsteps were a bit heavier than usual; it would be easier to attempt to get your attention like this. He knelt down, seeing as you didn't bother looking up at your surroundings at all.
"... Come with me."
The few words initiated a soft nod from your head, choking out one last sob before you shakily rose to your feet properly. You didn't know how long it had been raining, but you suddenly felt a heavy weight on yourself, nearly collapsing forward. He barely caught you by your shoulder, steadying you.
The moment you felt the warmth of his hand, you suddenly clung to him. His arms were hovering by his sides, clearly a bit uncomfortable but... allowing it. For now. Not that he enjoyed it or anything.
When he heard the softest sniffle, his arms slowly wrapped around you; he was never much for any physical contact like this, but...
"... Glad I came to save you?"
His words made you look up, seeing that slight smirk on the corner of his lips. But you didn't care; a friendly face was a rare sight.
Chishiya huffed slightly, "I don't enjoy the rain much. Come on, let's go."
He paused when he felt the sensation in his hand. Glancing back, he noticed your hand wrapped around his. He stiffened slightly, noticing the look on your face. Your eyes were bloodshot, your legs shaking slightly but probably not from the rain. Chishiya carried on, shoving his free hand in his pocket, and silently began tugging you along.

It’s a few hours past midday as Maki coasts her Skyline down an empty street. Eventually the city gives way to the familiarity of Shinjuku, though much more overgrown and deteriorating than she remembers, and Maki continues along towards a specific district. She’s been keeping what she’s doing close to her chest, private though not quite secretive. If she’d really wanted to keep this from Yukimaru, she wouldn’t have allowed him to come along with her, but she also hasn’t offered any meaningful explanation.
Curving onto another empty street, she pulls the car to an empty space by the sidewalk and parks, flipping off the engine. Maki steps out of the Skyline, making quick work in heading towards a nearby store.
“So what are we doing?” Yukimaru asks as he follows after her, having to jog to catch up.

Niragi couldn't help the way his body shook as he stared in front of him. The same group of boys that picked on him everyday after school was there once again, their leader holding a baseball and a bat; getting ready to hit the ball at Niragi's face. The others were laughing at his terrified face.
As their leader throws the ball in the air, Niragi closes his eyes and awaits for the ball to him. He hears the bat hit the ball, and a few seconds pass before a sudden burst of pain spreads from his nose. His glasses fly off and he couldn't stop himself from toppling over as he holds his nose and upper lip in his hands. Niragi groans loudly as the pain only continues to get worse.
A hand then grabs the hood of Niragi's jacket and yanks his head up so he's looking up at the man.
"We told you to stay still!" The guy yells into his face before dropping his hood.
Suddenly, a voice rang out; "Oi!"
The laughs die down and everyone turns to the source of the voice. They find a girl, you, standing there. Your hands were in your pockets as you chew on a stick of gum. The boys snickered at you.
"What do you want, girly? This ain't none of your business." One of them says, the rest laughing lightly. You raise an eyebrow, looking between each of them. You then begin walking towards them.
"Then I'll make it my business." You respond as you arrive in front of them. It was then that they noticed your height. You were taller then all of them. Some, by a lot. "Why don't you go ahead and explain what you're doing to that poor guy. And why you're doing it."
The leader guy scoffs, turning to look at his sidekicks with an amused expression. "Nothin' you need to worry your pretty little head about there, darling. Why don't you go on back home."
That makes you chuckle. "I can tell your ego is heavily inflated." You say, causing him to loose his smirk. "Now, I would like it if you answered my questions. Please."
He narrows his eyes at you, trying to seem intimidating. "And why should I tell you? Most importantly," he leans in so he can try and get close to your face, "what are you going to do about it?"
His smirk returns, seeming to be proud of himself.
"Tell me the reason why you're picking on him, and that will determine what I do about it." You state, not moving from your spot. The guy rolls his eyes, backing away from his spot and moving to where the baseball bat laid.
"We're just playing with four-eyes over here. Just a little game of baseball, that's all." You hum in response, shifting your feet so you lean on your left leg.
"Interesting. I have just one more question," you say, spitting out you gum onto the ground before continuing, "how small is it?"
He looks up at you with an angered expression. "Pardon?"
You smirk. "How small is it?" You hold up your hand and make an example with your pointer finger and thumb, it being about four or so centimeters apart. "This small?"
He begins to walk towards you, starting to raise the bat. You still continue to smirk.
"Oh no! I'm sorry, it's like this." You shrink the space between your fingers just as he begins to start running towards you. He raises the bat up, beginning to swing to try and hit you before you quickly reach your hand out and grab the bat, stopping it mid-swing. The guys around you gasp, as well as Niragi.
Their shock doesn't last long, however. After you grab the bat from his hands, you knee him as hard as you can in the stomach; causing him to topple over in pain.
Now, with the bat in hand, you step away from the group of boys. "Anyone else?"
The boys hesitate for a moment, looking between each other for a moment before the leader speaks up; "What the fuck are you doing? Get her! She can't take on all of you at the same time!"
At his command, the remaining boys then quickly charge at you. This was going to be fun. You raise the bat, quickly swinging it at the first one to come near you.
Niragi watches from where he continued to sit as you take down each of the guys with no problem at all. Amazement was written all over his face as he momentarily forgets about the pain, too focused on how you move so perfectly, not messing up once.
After a bit, you manage to scare them off. After you had taken down all the boys, they all realized that it was no use fighting you anymore. So, they quickly gather their leader and run off. You give them a fake smile and little wave, the leader guy flipping you the bird in response.
After you're sure they're gone, you turn around and begin to head towards Niragi.
"You alright?" You ask as you arrive in front of him. He nods, looking up at you with pure curiosity and admiration. You squat down so your at his level. "Mind if I take a look?"
He shakes his head so you reach your hand out and begin to gently examine his nose and mouth. You gently press on his nose, causing him to grimace in pain. "Ooh, sorry. Didn't mean to hurt you."
After a bit, you take back your hand. "Good news, nothing is broken. Just badly bruised. Bad news, that cut on your lip will need stitches."
You stand up straight again. You then reach your hand out, helping him to stand up. He takes a gulp before speaking.
"How do you know that?"
"My mum was a nurse for over thirty years. She taught me a few things." You respond as you bend down and grab his glasses. You notice the cracked lens in one of them. "Sorry, I lied to you. Your glasses are broken."
You then hand them to him. He let's out a small huff when he spots the lens. Those were his only pair. He puts them on anyways, having no other option.
"What's your name?" He looks up at the sound of your voice.
"Um, Niragi. Suguru Niragi." You smile lightly, giving him a bow.
"I'm Y/N." He bows back. "Pleasure to meet you."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"We have a new student joining us, today. Please welcome her nicely." The teacher, Mr. Sato, says in his bored monotone voice. The classroom door opens, and you walk in. Niragi, whom sat in the back right corner of the classroom, immediately perks up. "Please find your seat."
You give him a quick bow before going to the only empty seat, which happened to be next to Niragi. You send him a quick wink as you sit down. He couldn't help the tiniest of smile that rises to his face at your action. Both of you turn towards the front of the classroom as the teacher begins talking again.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I have assigned partners for everyone. They're on the board. Find your partner so we can start working." Niragi looks up at the board, dreading who he's partnered with. He searches for his name for a bit, struggling to see from the lack of glasses, until he feels someone tap his shoulder. He turns around, expecting a random person to make him move so them and their partner can work at his spot, but ending up seeing you standing there.
"We're partners," you say, pulling out the chair next to him and sitting down, "you okay with that?"
Niragi nods quickly, a smile rising to his lips. "Yeah, of course."
You grin in response. "Great."
The rest of the class time passed by rather quickly. Since it was the last class of the day, you head towards your locker to put everything away. However, Niragi doesn't leave your side. "You following me, now?"
He looks up at you with a sort of panicked expression. He shakes his head quickly. "No! I-I'm just going to my locker. I swear!"
You chuckle, amused at his response. "Relax, Gi. I'm just teasing."
Niragi looks down at the ground, a light blush on his cheeks from embarrassment.
You arrive in front of your locker, and so does he— right next to yours. How convenient.
"I can't tell if this is a coincidence or just by luck." You say after closing your locker door after putting everything away. You turn towards him after he does the same.
"What do you mean?"
"This is the third time we've been put together today. Don't you find that a little odd?" He seems to think about it for a second before realizing. "I'm not complaining, though. You've peaked my interest. I think I'll keep you around. Only if you want, of course."
Niragi couldn't help but smile at that, nodding his head. Maybe this is his chance at getting a real friend.
"Great." You respond, throwing your bag over your shoulder. "I'll see you tomorrow, Gi."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Can you teach me how to fight?" His voice breaks you from your concentration on the project. You turn to look at him, seeing him already looking at you.
"Huh?"
"Can you teach me to fight like you? Like how you did with that group of boys under the bridge?" Oh, now you understood.
"Are they still teasing you?"
"They haven't in a while, but I want to be prepared just in case. Please." Niragi looked at you with a pleading look.
"Gi, it took me years to get up to that level." He looks down again. "But, I suppose. Just know, it will be difficult. And very tiring, but I don't doubt you have the skill."
He looks back up again, and for the first time on a while, feels a glimmer of hope. "Really?"
"Yes. We can start tomorrow. Here," you reach out and grab his hand, using your pen to write down your address, "this is where I live. Come there at 7 p.m. tomorrow so we can start. Okay?"
He nods, smiling up at you. "Thank you! Thank you so much."
"You're welcome. Now, can we continue with this thing?" He nods, the smile not leaving his face as you both get to work again.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"No, it's like this," you do the move again, more slowly this time. "See?"
Niragi nods, taking a breath before trying the move on the dummy you had. "Like that?"
"No. Here, let me show you." You say before stepping up behind him. "I'm gonna touch you, okay?"
He nods— and with his permission, you place your hands on his waist. You gently move his waist a bit so his body is at an angle; before moving your hands to grab his arms and bending them so his elbows aren't locked.
"Don't lock your elbows." You then move his left arm so it's a little below his right. "Keep one hand lower then the other so you're not blocking your vision."
You then bend down and grip his left ankle and guide his leg so it's further back behind his right. "Don't lock your knees, it makes you more slower when moving."
After getting him into position, you step back and move next to the dummy. "Now, try to aim for the throat, side of the jaw, or the eyes. The wind pipe in the throat and the jaw can be easily dislocated; and the by going for the eyes, you cause a few seconds of blindness, and a shit ton of pain." You pause for a moment. "Always make sure your thumb is on the outside of your fist, otherwise you can break it easily. And don't clench your fist until your a split second away from hitting your opponent. It saves energy and make your hit stronger."
Niragi nods, quickly understanding. He takes a deep breath before taking his hit— all of your words repeating in your head as he takes the hit. He does the move perfectly this time, causing you to grin proudly. "You did it! Great job, Gi!"
Niragi looks over at you, a stupid smile written all over his face.
"Let's continue." You say.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I'm home. I brought a friend." You call out as you take off you shoes. Your little brother comes running up to you, his twin sister following behind.
"Y/N! You have to come see what we did!" They say in sync, jumping up and down while doing so. You smile at them, ruffling their hair.
"I will in a bit. Where's mum?" Their smiles turns into frowns almost immediately.
"She said she was going to a friend's house for a little bit. But she's been gone since breakfast." You sigh. Of course. And she left her six-year-old children home alone all day. Best mother ever.
"Alright. Thanks for telling me." You then turn to Niragi, who was setting his shoes next to yours. "Gi, these are my little siblings. That's Asahi and that's Akari. Asahi, Akari, this is Niragi. He's going to be spending the night tonight, so behave. Alright?"
They nod, giving Niragi a bow before running off to their room.
"Come on, my room's this way."
After you showed him to your room, you both quickly got to work on your project— which was due tomorrow.
"Are you hungry?" You asked after you put the finishing touches on the project. You put everything back into your backpack and stand up. "I can make something."
"Yeah, I could eat." He responds, moving to stand up with you. You nod, motion for him to follow you then you exit your room. However, when you walk down the hallway a bit, you pass by your mothers room and find her inside. Packing her suitcase.
"Mum?" You call out, now standing in her doorway. She looks up, a look of shock and a bit panicked on her face.
"Oh. Hi, Y/N. Who's that?" She asks, motioning to Niragi.
"A friend." You quickly respond. "What are you doing?"
"Packing."
"Why?"
"I'm going on a- uhm. . ." She thinks for a moment. "Business trip?"
"Is that a question or a statement?"
"Statement."
"Okay. . . Where exactly are you going, and who is it with?"
"Oh you know. . . Just going to Sapporo. With my, uhm. . . Company. . ." She trails off, scratching at her neck. She then quickly packs the last bit of clothing in her suitcase and zipping it closed before walking over to you. "Oh, but don't you worry. I'll be back in a week."
She then gives you a kiss on the cheek. "Tell your brother and sister for me, yeah?" She calls back as she quickly rushes down the hallway and out the front door. "Bye!"
You close your eyes and rub your hands on your face. What is this, her third 'business trip' this month?
"Are you okay?" You hear Niragi ask. You drop your hands to your sides as you stare into the now empty bedroom.
"Yeah." You reach over and flick the light switch off. "Yeah, I'm great."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Ar-Are you sure I won't get hurt on it?" Niragi asks, rubbing his arm as he continues to stare at your motorcycle.
"I promise you won't. Besides, why would I put my best friend in danger?" You respond as you pass him your spare leather jacket. "Just make sure to keep your helmet and jacket on."
He nods, slipping on the jacket before grabbing the helmet you gave him and slipping that on as well. "And keep a good hold on my waist so you don't slip off the back."
He nods in response as you climb onto your bike. Niragi climbs on behind you, hesitating a moment before wrapping his arms around your waist.
You start your bike and turn your head to the side. "Ready, Gi?"
"Ready." He confirms. You nod once before turning your head back around and beginning to move.
Niragi was pretty stiff for the first few minutes of the ride; but after a while, he began to relax a bit. He quickly found himself enjoying it.
However, as he continues to hug your waist, as your beautiful scent filled his nostrils, he feels butterflies begin to fill his stomach and his heart begins to speed up a bit. He wouldn't know it then, just thinking it was a silly little crush that would go away with time, but would very soon come to the realization.
He was in love with you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The stench of alcohol filled Niragi's nose as his father continued to yell in his face. He could barely make out what he was saying, his words too slurred.
Niragi tried to stop the tears from falling, but those cruel words being screamed in his face cut deep. And they just. kept. coming.
Soon, the hits started. The first one being a punch in the gut, causing him to fall to the ground. Like the cruel words, the hits just kept on coming.
Niragi couldn't move, he stayed in his curled position, trying to protect himself as best as he could as his mind tried to escape the reality he was in. To try and find him the best comfort he could think of..
And the only thing he was able to think about was you.
Your heartfelt laugh. Your perfect smile. Your beautiful features. Your confidence. Your warm embrace. The amount of protection he felt when near you. Your smell. The way you always managed to make him smile no matter how bad of a day he was having. Because you were his comfort. You were his happiness. You.
That's when it dawns on him. You were the only thing he could think of when he needed some form of joy. You were the person who managed to make him feel like he could be himself.
He was in love with you.
As soon as the realization hits him, he finds himself attempting to move away from the hits. He needs to get to you. He needs your protection. He needs your comfort. He needs to tell you how he feels. Fucking hell, he just needs YOU.
Suddenly, most likely with the help of adrenaline, he finds himself standing up and running towards his front door. He swings it open and dashes out, not bothering to shut it behind him. His father moves to stand in the doorway, calling after him: "YEAH, RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY LIKE THE COWARD YOU ARE!"
Niragi doesn't stop sprinting, not caring about the cold rainy weather, or the fact that he was barefoot and wearing a thin t-shirt and shorts. He was determined to get to you as fast as he could.
So, it came as a huge relief when he spots your house. As soon as he reaches your front door, he is finally able to stop and catch his breath. He leans against the doorframe, breathing heavily as a shaky hand reaches up and presses the doorbell.
It takes a moment, but, eventually, you open the door. Your mouth opens in shock at the sight in front of you. Niragi, his nose bleeding heavily, his eye starting to swell, bruises and little cuts littering his arms and legs, his shirt stained with blood, and his body drenched in rainwater, standing in front of you. His eyes were bloodshot from the tears still falling from his eyes. He looked up at you with such desperation in his eyes, and his breathing was heavy.
You quickly regain yourself, and then reach out and gently place your hand on his back the step aside for him to come inside. He quickly does, getting water all over your floor, but you don't care.
Neither of you says a word as you bring him to your room. And as you shut the door behind you and sit him on your bed. The only thing that could be heard was his sniffles and soft sobs as you get your first aid kit and other necessary things. You then set your things down and sit on the bed next to him.
Niragi couldn't stop his tears, no matter how hard he tried, but he knew he didn't have to. You weren't going to judge him.
You grab a soft cloth and gently grab the side of his face and turn it towards you. His lip trembled as he stared into your eyes. You take the cloth and begin to lightly wipe the blood off his face. He reaches up and grabs your hand, not sure why but he just needed your hand in his. You let him hold it, his grip being rather tight. He just needed to be sure that you weren't going to leave.
You gave his hands a squeeze. "I'm not going anywhere. You're safe with me." You set the cloth down on the bed, lifting your hand to hold the side of his face. You begin to rub his cheek with your thumb lightly. "I promise."
He nods. Your reassurance giving him some of the much needed comfort. "Can-Can," he stutters out, pausing to let out a hiccup. "Can I have a hug?"
You give him your best comforting smile as you nod. You pull him into your arms, holding him as tightly as you can without hurting him. He also does the same to you. His body shakes from his sobs and he buries his face into the crook of your neck. You raise one hand up to hold the back of his head while your other gently rubs his back.
Niragi never felt more safe then in that moment. It was difficult to explain just how safe he felt. But that was fine. He didn't need to. This was a moment for just you and him. No one else. He didn't need anyone else. You were all he needed.
After however long it took, he eventually pulled away. Not much, just enough so he could look you in the eye. And that's how you two stayed for what seemed like hours. He was the one to move first—glancing down at your lips for a second before beginning to lean in. His lips connect with yours in an awkward and unsure kiss.
You jolt back in shock, causing him to look up at you with a panicked expression. He opens his mouth to begin apologizing, but you cut him off by planting a more confident-ish kiss on his lips. You pull back almost immediately, much to his dismay. You look into his eyes once more, asking if it was okay. He nods, so you lean in again.
This time, the kiss is more sure. It's still awkward, as Niragi hasn't kissed anyone yet and it's clear that you have had plenty of experience before. On your side, you seemed pretty confident with your actions. You could tell that he had no clue what he was doing, so you tried to show him, almost.
After a while, you pull away and rest your forehead on his. He ignores the slight pain of the fresh bruises that were there.
"I love you. . ." Niragi whispers, almost inaudibly. You heard it though, and you felt your lips rising to a smile.
"I love you, too, Gi."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ever since that night, Niragi seemed to have been a tad bit more clingy then normal. You didn't mind though. In fact, you found it absolutely adorable.
However, the happiness didn't last long.
Your mother came home one day, and announced that she had found her "soulmate" and that you were going to move to where he was.
England.
When you found this out, you lost it. She thinks that she can just make you pack up your things and move you and your little siblings in with a complete stranger in a whole other country?! No.
And so, you yelled. You screamed. You cried. You almost broke out into a physical fight until you remembered that you had two small children to think of who were watching this whole thing go down. After about an hour of the tears and pure anger, you stormed out of the house. You pulled out your phone and quickly texted Niragi, telling him to meet you under the bridge you first met.
When he got there, he found you standing there; a cigarette in your mouth, and tear stained cheeks. You're not a smoker. And you never cry. He immediately knew something bad happened.
"Y/N? What's wrong." He asked as soon as he reached you. You let out the final puff of smoke and throw the cigarette to the ground and stepping on it. You don't look at him as you respond.
"I'm moving. My mother is making me move to England." You respond, a single tear falling from your eye. He says nothing as he stares at you in shock. His mouth was open and his eyes held nothing but heartbreak. You don't dare look at him, knowing that it would end badly if you did. "I'm sorry, Niragi."
You look to the ground, more tears falling no matter how much you try to stop them.
"Y/N. . ." He trails off. You shake your head, your lip trembling as you finally allow for a sob to fall from your lips. You raise your hand and cover your eyes as your sobs continue to fall. Niragi is quick to move to hug you. He buries his head in the crook of your neck as you wrap your arms around his shoulders.
Niragi couldn't believe it. You were leaving him for who knows how long. There was a good chance he could never see you again. His best friend. His favorite person ever. The person that brought him the only happiness he's felt in years, was leaving. Probably for good.
You quickly try to regain yourself, managing to stop your tears before pulling away. You place your hands on the side of his face and make him look up at you. "I can't stop this from happening, but I can do one thing."
"What is it?" You smile down at him. A sad but genuine smile.
"I leave in a week, how about you and I make this last bit of time together the best we can?" You offer, trying to find a way to cheer him up. Niragi smiles back, nodding in response. You then lean down and give him a quick peck on the lips.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was the night before you were leaving. All your items were packed up in cardboard boxes and were on their way to your new house. But here you sat, right next to Niragi on a blanket at the edge of a sort of cliff area just outside of Tokyo, watching the stars.
You did just as you said you would. You both made this last week together the best you could. You took him to all sorts of places, and had so much fun. You went hiking, you took him on dates in fancy restaurants and to the movies, you had a few spicy make-out sessions, you danced like idiots, you played in the rain, you just had the most fun you could.
Although through this whole time, both of you felt as if there was something missing, but you could never figure out what it was. And it was bothering you heavily.
So, as you sit there next to him, you rack through the possibilities in your brain. There was also something lingering in the air. Something you also couldn't quite put your finger on. But whatever it was, it was strong. You're certain he could feel it too.
After a bit, you bring your gaze back down to look at Niragi. You couldn't help but take a moment to appreciate his beauty. He was such a handsome guy. It shocked you how someone as good-looking as him was the one who got bullied.
It wasn't fair, honestly. He was one of the sweetest, and most caring people you'd ever met, and he was treated like shit by almost everyone in his life. He didn't deserve any of it. He deserved to be cared for, appreciated, and loved. He deserved to have respect.
It shocked you that after how horrible he has been treated, he is still this sweetheart. You should know, you've been treated the same way he has.
When your father was still alive, you felt as if you had the perfect life. Both your parents loved you, you had so many great friends, and everyone seemed to like you. You were a nice little lady. That was, until your family received the news of your fathers death.
Everything went downhill from there.
Your mother was pregnant, so she couldn't mourn without the stress of it all effecting the babies. And after she gave birth and was out of the hospital, the memories the house had was too much for her to handle, so you moved. And right after that, she started drinking.
The drinking lead to drugs, and the drugs lead to hooking up with drug dealers, which lead to marrying random guys and getting divorces. With every new guy she married, the more abuse you would have to suffer. Whether it would be physically, or sexually, or mentally.
And because of the fact that you always took the hits aimed at your siblings, you always found yourself crying yourself to sleep from the pain. That was until you started fighting back.
You managed to get a job and find a karate studio that was willing to take in a newbie. So, with each lesson, you found yourself being able to fight back more and better. Until eventually, you managed to put a stop to it.
He must've felt your eyes on him, because after a bit, he turns his head and looks back at you. And as you look into his eyes, you finally make the realization of what was missing.
You move your hand so it rests on the side of his face. As your thumb begins to caress his soft skin, you're sure he figured it out as well. You both continue to stare into each others eyes, both of them filled with nothing but longing for one another.
And so, you lean in and connect your lips. This kiss was different then all your others. This kiss was more loving, and passionate then the others. It was a shame when you pulled away. Niragi had to stop himself from trying to chase after your lips.
"There's just one more thing that could make this week so much better then it is." You whisper as you rest your forehead on his.
"What is it?" He asks, although it was clear both of you knew what it was. He opens his eyes when you pull yourself back fully. Your eyes don't leave his as you push off your jacket. The only time you break eye contact is when you pull your shirt over your head. His eyes widen a bit as you reach behind yourself and unhook your brassier.
Niragi gulps as his eyes slowly begin to trail down from your face. He takes his time when taking in the sight in front of him. The first thing he noticed, wasn't your breasts, but instead the many scars that littered your torso.
He couldn't stop himself. He crawled towards you, and when he arrived in front of you, he reached his hand out and gently ran his fingers over a few of them. He doesn't look up at you as he begins to speak.
"What happened?" He whispered. You shake your head.
"Nothing you need to be worried about. Tonight, I want you to forget all your worries. I'll take care of you. Can you do that for me?" You bring your hand up and hook a finger under his chin, moving his head so he's looking up at you. "Please?"
Niragi nods. And so, you attach your lips with his.
And so, when the night was done, you filled the part that was missing in both of you. You made love.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All of those memories. They always remain in your head. No matter what, no matter how long it's been, no matter how much you've moved on. They're always there. Almost as if they're haunting you.
And now, in the world you're in, they provide some comfort. Each night you go to sleep, knowing that you could easily die any day now, those memories distract you from reality.
You were coming to Tokyo to visit Niragi, hoping that he would still be living there even after all those years. You had lost contact with him after you moved. Your mothers husband broke your phone after you "talked back" to him, and you were too broke to get another one. And by the time you could get another one, he changed his number.
While you were using the bathroom at the airport, the power went out and the busy room became dead silent. After you had finished, you exited your stall and found yourself all alone in the building.
After finding the usually busy streets of Tokyo empty as well, confusion was the only thing you felt. However, after running around for what felt like hours, you found another person. A man.
His name was Arisu. Apparently, he had gotten trapped here with his two friends, Karube and Chota, around the same time you did. He brought you back to where they agreed to meet after they searched around.
When you met the other two, you were pleased to find that they all seemed to be friendly. Chota was a cute little fellow with a big heart. He reminded you of Niragi a bit. Karube, on the other hand, he seemed to be a bit of a dick at some points, but nothing too horrible. Arisu was a pretty nice guy as well.
You got to know the three boys after a while. All four of you were sitting in a circle in the middle of a normally busy street, the sun had set so it was pretty dark now, and you were just chatting.
"So, Y/N," Karube says, causing you to look over at him. "What were you doing when everyone disappeared?"
"Taking a piss in the airport bathroom. You?" Arisu and Chota giggle a bit, causing you to grin. Karube chuckles along.
"We were hiding from the cops in a bathroom stall." You raise an eyebrow.
"Should I be concerned?" Karube shakes his head.
"Nah. We were just being idiots and ended up in trouble." You nod.
"Gotcha." The four of you continued to talk for a while. But then, one of the buildings came to life with it's screens showing a big, white, and brightly lit square with words on it. "This was to the gaming area" with an arrow pointing towards an area where another bright light could be seen was what was on it.
You all went towards the area, and that's where you met another chick, Shibuki, who explained the whole thing. And that's how you found out about the games.
After that, the five of you stuck together. Although, you didn't really trust the new chick too much. She gave you bad vibes, to be perfectly honest. But there wasn't much you could do.
You and them went through two other games together, somehow managing to survive. The second one, it was only you, Karube, and Arisu, since Chota had gotten injured at the first game and you guys wanted to get some practice in. But the third one, you all went.
The third game, oh boy. The third game was horrible. There was a great panic that the game caused. Only one person could survive that game. And through many tears, everyone was ready to accept their fate.
That was, until you came up with an idea.
Of course, it wasn't a set stone idea, and it could've very well have killed everyone as well, but it was the only thing you all had to go on. But when you tested it out, well, almost all of you made it out.
Your idea turned out to be the answer of how everyone could get out of there, but by the time you thought of it, there was only enough time to save four of you.
You were in the middle of working on saving Shibuki, but the timer ran out, and her neck exploded.
So that was unfortunate, but at least four of you survived instead of just one.
After that, you guys ran into another girl, Usagi, and she somehow joined your little squad as well. She was cool in your book. After she joined, you guys discovered this place called the Beach.
And that's where you were now, standing by the swimming pool they had there, in a swimsuit that was covered by your jacket, and a drink in your hand while you were talking to Arisu, Chota, and Usagi. Karube was off doing whatever he was doing.
"This place seems unbelievable. Don't you think?" You ask, looking around at all the people enjoying themselves. You then look back at the three in front of you. They all nod in response. "It's curious how they were able to get electricity here. What do you think, Chota?"
Chota looks up at you, confused on why you asked him.
"You're smart when it comes to electronic things, how do you think they managed to get electricity here?" You ask as you take a sip from your drink. He thinks for a moment.
"Probably a generator. A pretty powerful one, most likely, if it's able to power this whole place. Since it used to be a hotel, they usually have back-up generators for in case the power every goes out. But it uses a lot of gas, though." He explains. You nod as you swallow your drink.
"Makes sense." You mumble. "I wonder where Karube is. Where do you guys think-"
"Well, what do we have here?" You hear someone say from behind you. You freeze, dropping the glass in your hand and causing it to shatter. You recognize the voice immediately.
No. He can't be here. It can't be him. No, no, no, no. Please don't be him. Oh, please no.
Your friends in front of you jump back when you drop the glass, quickly looking up to find you with wide eyes and all the blood drained from your face. Your heart begins to race. Why is he here?
Everyone around you had grown silent as soon as him and his team came in. You gulp. The guilt from you abandoning him comes crashing on you all at once. You can't face him now. You're not ready. But, you don't have a choice.
Your friends stare up at you with concern, but none of them dare speak.
Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK! Do something!
"Hey, I'm talking to you." He says after you continue to stand frozen. He grabs your shoulder and spins you around so you're facing him. As soon as he sees your face, he freezes as well. The heavy machine gun that rests in his hand falls to the ground. Everyone around you looks at the two of you in confusion. Did you know each other?
You didn't want to believe it. You denied it as much as you could. He can't be here too. Why did he have to be here? You refused to believe it. But, there he was, standing right in front of you. He had changed drastically, but it was still him. Suguru Niragi, was standing right in front of you.
His hair was longer, almost down to his shoulders, and he had piercing's now. One on his right eyebrow, on the right side of his nose, and you could see, since his mouth was hanging open, he had a tongue piercing as well. His face had aged a bit, his smile lines being more noticeable.
You looked different as well. Your face showed a bit of age from the very faint worry lines on your forehead and, like him, your smile lines were more noticeable as well. Your hair was shorter, and in a different style. And, you gained a few new tattoos and piercings. But unlike him, yours weren't face piercings.
Just like you, he couldn't believe that you were here. Why were you here? You shouldn't be here. You didn't deserve to be here. But, if you're here, why were you in Tokyo in the first place? Did you finally come back to him?
"Y/N. . . ?" He trails off, still in denial. You can't be here. You can't be real. He must be dreaming. Or he somehow got high as fuck. But nope. It's real. You're real. And you're standing right in front of him.
"Niragi. . ." You trail off. And with that, he reaches his hand out, about to touch your arm before you beat him to it. You engulf him in a hug. He doesn't waste a second hugging you back.
"Are you real? Are you here?" He whispers, closing his eyes tightly. He holds you as tight as he can, you doing the same, just in case this is fake and your not actually here.
"Yes, I'm here. I'm here, and I'm not leaving." You whisper back, holding him as close as possible. "I'm not going anywhere. I promise."

Author’s Note: This is a fix it fic, where Niragi isn't a bad guy. Niragi does do several morally bad things, but it's for a good reason, even though he does go to far. I did include the scene with Niragi and Usagi, but I made it very clear that he was never going to rape her, he planned for her to escape. I literally just wrote this bc I had an idea and I watched Coffee and Vanilla with Dori Sakurada as well.
~
Anything. The limits of what Niragi would do are non-existent. He would do anything to get back to the life he had before.
It was torture. He was bullied every day. He had scars on his shoulders from where his bullies had beaten him, he could vividly remember long nights where he would vomit up whatever they had forced him to eat.
Long story short, the only good thing in his life was you. He liked everything about you. How when you focused on something you scrunched up, or that you always wore a sweatshirt even when it was a hundred degrees outside.
But most importantly he loved how much you loved him. How the day you transferred to his school you threw a piece of gravel as hard as you could into one of his bully's back. He saw that your legs were trembling but you put everything you could into a mask to try and fend off the bullies.
It hurt him more than anything the bullies had done to him to watch the bully hold you down and licked a long strip from the side of your neck to your ear. Two of the other bullies held his shoulders down so he couldn't fight back or rescue you. The man eventually let you go and you ran away crying, but not before looking back at him in pity.
That was when Niragi decided that he would never let anyone do anything to you ever again.
He saw you in a cafe near the bridge where they had tortured you both, bouncing your knee and eating pistachio and chocolate ice cream.
You were still wearing your school uniform, but you had an unzipped brown sweatshirt over your uniform. Niragi could see that the side of your neck where the bully had touched you was red and almost bleeding, your right hand was shaking, and Niragi could tell that you had tried to scratch the feeling of him off of your body, he was all too familiar with the long red lines and the bloody trails left by his own fingernails.
"Thank you." You looked up from your ice cream to look at Niragi. Your eyes were beautiful, the sclera (the white part) of your eye was milky, which deeply contrasted with the deep darkness of your dilated pupil. Overall, you were very, very, pretty.
"Um, you're welcome." You blinked several times and looked away with a slight twinge.
Niragi sat down, and you began a somewhat awkward conversation. Niragi spoke with a slight stutter, and he acted flustered as he ordered his ice cream.
"Uh, do you want a piece of candy?" You asked as he waited for his ice cream.
"Um, sure."
He popped the candy out of the green wrapper into his mouth, and his face puckered up. "Sorry, it's a little bit sour."
It was sour, but still, a little bit sweet "It's okay, I like it."
You both laughed, and he fell in love with the eyes that had a special glint in them when you laughed.
In that moment Niragi found himself comfortable with you. His stutter all but faded, and he smiled when you smiled.
From that point onwards, it was the Niragi and (y/n) show.
Niragi started to change with you. He would sit on the bleachers with you on his lap, he punched his bullies back, he took off his glasses. He even got a nose piercing. All you did was support him, but whenever you talked about the state he was in when you met he would kiss your neck and say that it was "all thanks to you."
Over the last two years of high school the two of you became no longer the nerdy couple, it became a Grease situation. The bad boy with the girl. Yes, Niragi was intimidating as hell, but he never beat up anyone innocent. He still got plenty of nosebleeds from getting into a fight with ex-bullies, but you didn't mind.
It took several incidents like your first meeting for him to get confident, so you had no remorse for whatever Niragi did to them. He was a good guy, that's the overlying clause.
After high school, you enrolled in a private college. You got your tuition covered and had to pay all living expenses, Niragi got a full scholarship (plus a little bit of extra), once he started growing his hair out and getting piercings people started underestimating his intelligence, but make no mistake, Niragi is one of the smartest people you'll ever meet.
You were living in an apartment 7 minutes away from campus that the school supplied for Niragi, it was pretty small, there was only one room and a bathroom, you ate and slept and studied in the same room, but you didn't mind.
Niragi had begun to recover from the trauma he had experienced for years in middle and high school, Niragi didn't cry, but sometimes he would look out the window for hours.
You were always there for him, and he was always there for you, in his weird Niragi way.
One day when he was coming home he was you were sitting at the kitchen table staring off into space. He didn't see you in one of your classes that day, and he had tried to call you and you didn't pick up.
"Baby are you okay." You didn't respond, you just sat there and your hands were clutched very tightly together in front of you. "Honey, are you okay, I need to know that you were okay."
You don't say anything, and instead, a tear ran down your face, "I- I went to the doctor today."
He knelt down in front of you and wiped the tear off of your face, "are- are you sick. I promise you're gonna be oka-"
You shake your head and he looks puzzled, "are- are you worried about money, don't worry baby I'll pay it, I'll pay all of it."
You turn to face him again and you're still silently blinking as tears stream down your face.
Niragi notices that the reason your hands are so clasped is because you are holding something in a death grip. He gently grabs your hand and pries it open with a little effort.
There's a crumpled piece of paper resting in your palm, and as he reaches for it your hand flinches when he grabs it.
Once it's in his hand you avoid his gaze and turn to look out the window again.
He smoothes out the crumpled piece of paper and is shocked to find what it is; an ultrasound.
Niragi doesn't say anything for a moment and you're expecting him to punch you, throw you off the chair and scream at you, but he doesn't do any of those things.
You're still holding your breath when you feel a hand on your lower abdomen. "A baby." He whispers.
You turn to look at him, and he's crying. You've never seen him cry before, so you don't know how to react.
"Are- are those good or bad tears?" You whisper, as he still stares at your belly.
"Bad tears, baby, my baby is having my baby, of course it's happy tears!" He smiles and laughs as he turns you in the chair to face him and he kisses your belly.
"But what about school? What about money? We live in a-" You begin to start ranting but Niragi is still in his own little world.
"We'll figure all of that out later, but right now that doesn't matter," he looks up from your stomach to meet your eyes, and whispers "because we're going to be parents."
In that moment your sad tears became happy ones, and you started laughing. Niragi was laughing too, not his laugh when he's proving to his bullies how strong he is, the pure unadulterated laugh he gets when you're watching a movie with cheesy gore together, or when he watches your face pucker up when you're eating sour candy. He would never admit it, but his laugh is a giggle.
He kisses up from the top of your thigh, lingering on your stomach but putting his rather large hand in its place when he travels up to your sternum and above.
You're both laughing out of joy when he reaches your neck, and you can feel his chuckles vibrate through your veins.
You spend the rest of the evening dance around the kitchen, giggling, eating candy, and researching apartments that could accommodate your family of 3.
Niragi pins the ultrasound to the fridge with magnets.
~~~
When Niragi wakes up you're not next to him. He's not too worried, as he just realized that the reason that you've been sick every day when you wake up is because of morning sickness.
He gets up and ties back his long hair into a bun, "baby" he tries to flip on the light in the bathroom but it's not working, but even with the light off he can clearly see that you are not hunched over and puking. He goes to check the kitchen for a not or something, but there's nothing on the fridge or table.
He smiles when he sees the ultrasound photo on the fridge. Niragi tries to call your phone, as you might've gone out for food and forgotten to tell him, but his phone isn't working. He quickly puts on his jacket and begins to panic.
He tries to charge his phone but quickly realizes that the reason it's not working is not because it's not charged. He still shoves it in his pocket and exits the apartment to try and find you in your favorite cafe, but not before writing you a note and putting it next to the ultrasound photo, where he's sure you'll see it when you get back.
The elevator isn't working, so Niragi has to go down the stairs. The automatic doors out of the lobby aren't working, and there's no one around either, even though the convenience store looks open, even if there are no luminescent lights. Niragi reasons that there was a power outage or some sort of disaster so everyone is hiding or trying to fix things.
But he doesn't care about the danger, he just has to find you. He figures that if there is a disaster no one will care if he throws a potted plant out of the window to escape. Once he gets into the street it looks like a normal day, the birds are chirping, it's sunny, but there is no one anywhere in sight. He runs down the street to find all of the shops open but without power and without people.
The cafe you often frequent is empty as well.
Niragi runs around Tokyo for about 3 hours and finds nothing. Cars abandoned, stores empty, and not a single soul in sight.
He finally goes back to his apartment and plans to go to bed early and hope that this was all a bad dream. As he's beginning to go to bed the lights turn on. His phone does as well, the screen reads one thing: game at Tokoyo Center Mall.
Without any other leads Niragi begins his journey, he grabs a kitchen knife, his glasses (in case he loses his contacts), and just before he leaves your ultrasound photo as well.
He put on the fancy dress shirt that you bought him for his birthday a few months prior. He threw his hair into a bun and adjusted his contact lenses, and set foot out of his apartment for what he opened wouldn't be the last time.
To Niragi's shock, there were about 8 people in the lobby of the Mall, he picked up a phone off the table as instructed. The only thing on the screen was "lobby closes in 4 minutes."
No one spoke, and about 4 more people joined, leaving about a dozen in the mall.
One of the women tried to leave, and a laser shot through the ceiling and killed her. A few people started screaming, and a few acted completely unfazed, one even muttered underneath their breath "less competition."
Niragi was in the middle, screaming and sobbing on the inside, but unaffected from the outside. Now there were only 12.
"GAME: 9 OF HEARTS." Murmurs lit up around the room "LAST ONE STANDING. TIME LIMIT: INDEFINITE." The people who came together looked at each other with suspicion and shock, but Niragi did not yet know why.
A store lit up across the lobby, a pretzel shop, and there was a giant board of weapons lit up.
Niragi realized what this was, he had to kill everyone else to survive. Niragi and 7 people ran to the board of weapons, and 4 people ran away.
If he was ever going to see you again he had to make a plan. He already saw this game kill one person today. As he was running he saw a woman beside him trip a man, and he just barely avoided her foot. He grabbed a machete and a pistol and ran, if there was no time limit he had plenty of time to make a plan.
He heard a squelching and screaming sound behind him, but Niragi didn't turn around.
"Player eliminated. 11 Players remaining." A voice exclaimed from a loudspeaker.
Niragi was running through the mall, he stopped when he was an empty storefront that ready "Baby Duckies," a baby store. Niragi stepped inside and noticed that there was a trail of blood coming from his shoes. Fuck. He'll figure that out later.
He tried to keep running but he couldn't. He was stopped at the store. Niragi sighed when he realized that there was no way he was moving away.
He stepped inside the store and slumped down against the wall. He pulled out the ultrasound photo from his pocket. His baby. He was having a baby and right now you were somewhere and you thought that you left him and the baby.
Niragi was terrified of being a dad, he was a college student, he had no bit of stability in his life, he didn't know how to show affection to anyone but his girlfriend. Oh my god his girlfriend, she was pregnant. The love of his life was pregnant with his baby and he couldn't hold her. He couldn't rub your back when you were vomiting or scold you for drinking coffee.
He didn't have any aspect of hope to ever hold his baby.
Niragi had to survive. He had to hold your hand while you were giving birth, and he had to teach his kid how to say "dada." He had to be there, and the only way he could be there was by killing all these innocent people. But if he had to, he would. He would do anything for you and his baby.
"Player eliminated, 7 players, remaining." Niragi realized that he had missed 4 more deaths in his inner monologue.
He heard a squelching sound past the mouth of the storefront, and Niragi quickly shoved the ultrasound photo back into his pocket, tucked the machete into his belt, and picked up the gun, pointing it at the shadowy figure.
"Hello, hello?" It was a woman's voice. Niragi carefully stood up and started walking towards her. At first, Niragi was planning on asking her for help, or information or something, and letting someone else kill her later, but once he was her his mindset immediately changed.
She was covered in blood, head to toe. In any other situation, Niragi would run to her and help her, but he couldn't now. It wasn't her blood. She was the one who tried to trip him earlier, and he realized that the only way she was still alive was that she had killed everyone in her path.
"I- I'm really scared, I-" Before Niragi knew what he was doing he had raised the gun and the next thing he knew was that there was a bullet between her eyes. He killed her. He killed a woman. He didn't even know how he knew how to pull the trigger, he had held a gun once at a field trip in high school to a farm out in an American Style Dude ranch in the country, but he had never shot anyone. And he had certainly never killed anyone.
There was no going back. He could never go back. He knew what he had to do.
3 and a half hours later Niragi was soaked in blood and sitting outside of the mall. He had the broken stump of the machete handle from beating the final person surviving to death with it.
In reality, he was the only person after the first woman he killed, because Niragi watched him assault the second to last-survivor before he could reach her and he murdered he after he tried to fight back. Niragi killed him.
He hopes you could forgive him. You hoped that after this game someone would pick him up and it turned out to be a game show or an escape room or virtual reality, or something, literally anything else. He hoped that a car would come and pick him up to bring him to you, or that this was all a bad dream and he would wake up spooning you the next time he blinking.
Anything was better than the reality. He was stuck in this hell world and in the past 4 hours, he had killed two people.
But he did, he did realize that. Niragi was smart. He knew that there was no way to survive if he remained who he was before, he had to be ruthless.
He turned to look at the playing card in his other hand. A nine of hearts. Just what the voice and the phone had said just 5 hours before.
"Hey, what the fuck happened to Ekibyo and Nyujaki?" He didn't even realize what was happening, but a man with long hair and sunglasses on was hanging out the window of a car.
This was the moment where Niragi had to implement his strategy. Being nice never kept anyone alive. "I gutted them like fucking fish." Niragi stood up and yelling. He saw a man call the woman he watched getting attacked Nyujaki, and he cringed. He didn't want to do this, but the need to get back to you was important.
The man pauses for a second and then exits the car. He sees that he's shirtless and wearing a colorful robe and red boxers. A bald man exits the car next to him, and they both walk toward Niragi.
"What the shit do you want." Niragi stands up defiantly in front of them.
"I like him, do you like him? Because I like him." The hippie turns to the man next to him and the bald guy responds with a roll of his eyes.
He liked the bald guy way more than the hippie.
"I'm Aguni and this is Hatter." He extends his hand, and Niragi moves to shake it before he realizes the playing card is still in his hand.
'Hatter' gasps "the nine of hearts? You won the nine of hearts?" He gleefully laughs and snatches it from his hand, the more he thinks about it the more he wishes that he hid it from the man and told him that he threw it away.
"You are coming with us." The bald guy exclaims, grabbing Niragi's shoulder.
Niragi figures that they wouldn't hurt him if they thought he was that valuable, so he sees no reason why not to go with them. "Fine, but don't pull any fast shit."
He gets into the racecar and drives away with them, wondering why this car is running but no others are. But that isn't important right now.
They get to a dock and when they get out of the car Niragi sees a massive cruise ship, "What is this place?" He asks.
Hatter places his hand on Niragi's shoulder, "this, my friend, is The Beach."
~~~
It's been 68 days since Niragi arrived in this New World that was deemed Borderland.
Today had been the worst day by far. He had to attack a woman, he was never going to rape her. Never. He would never do anything bad he didn't have to. He knew for a fact that there was no way a rock climber couldn't fend of limited restraints while all other 4 people were distracted, and he also let go of her legs and turned completely around on purpose. After this was all done he would apologize to her and explain, but for now he had to keep up appearances.
Yes, Niragi killed people, but he also knew that they would probably die in way worse ways if Niragi didn't tie them up and let the laser do it, or shoot them quickly in the skull. He was smart. He knew that people wouldn't fuck with people they thought were sociopaths, and he was right. No one fucks with someone they've seen murder their friends.
Every day he would go to sleep feeling guilty. And part of him knew that it was wrong, but the other part of him knew that he had no choice. He had to meet his baby.
Every night he would dream of you and your baby. At this point you were probably a month or so into your second trimester, you probably had a cute little baby bump and could feel little butterfly kicks inside your tummy. He missed all of that stuff.
But mostly, and he would never admit it, but he was scared. Today Chishiya had burned him, badly. He luckily fell into the swimming pool, and the burns were bad, but he knew that if he treated them he would survive. Thank god for the advanced chemistry and biology class he was taking. Niragi decided to study to be a doctor when he gets out of Borderland, to try and make up for all the sins he committed while in here.
No one besides Aguni knew he survived. Earlier that night, when Niragi wasn't sure he could keep on going with the dozens of people he had killed, he told Aguni that if he didn't make it out to find you and take care of you and the baby.
So, when he drove Niragi into the fire, he knew that he wasn't in fact killing you, but saving you instead. If people knew he survived the fall of the beach there is no doubt that he would be publicly executed for all the people he killed, and Niragi couldn't have that. His kid needed him.
After he and Aguni had parted ways, Niragi found himself sitting at the Nurse's station in an abandoned hospital panting, after rubbing burn cream and stitching himself up as best as he could.
Niragi was scared for you and the baby to see him, all burned and scarred, especially since he couldn't get skin grafts and it would probably heal very, very badly, but that didn't matter. He was going to be a dad, even if he had to wear a mask every time he looked at you and your child. Niragi also knew that you would love him no matter what he looked like. That was one of his favorite things about you, you loved him as he is.
He saw, out of the corner of his eye, a piece of green sour candy, just like what you had given to him on the day you met. He dug through his pockets quickly, and to his relief, the ultrasound photo was somehow completely untouched by the flames that had scarred his body.
He pops the piece of hand and his face scrunches up due to the sourness in his mouth as he stares at the photo of his baby. Nothing else matter. He would do anything to get back to you.
He was going to find his way back to his family, no matter what.
