Lmk why i waited til my last college semester to start competing for my running club. Cross country was my favorite part of high school and I’m honestly so sad that i missed out on so many meets and opportunities to bond w other team members. Grateful that speed has come back for me and that I’m feeling comfortable during races and workouts. Crushed my last speed workout yesterday & excited for regionals on Saturday. Then I’m taking a week easy in prep for my ultra on the 2nd. And then it’s back to speedwork for nationals on the 16th.
