Whoa heyo so from someone who has -10 knowledge about any of this and until a couple months ago thought it happened to everyone — does hearing music while trying to fall asleep sorta fit in that spectrum? Or is that something else entirely whOOPS—
Music isn't Exploding Head Syndrome but it does fall under the same category of hallucinations: hypnogogic! I get these too; less jarring than the EHS sounds and kinda pleasant.
