I'm half way through my new eating style. Cutting out sugars and fattening cheese...and bread.... And fried foods is hard. But I am seeing results.
I'm getting some booty gains and my back rolls are getting a tiny bit smaller. I haven't been on a scale so I don't know if I've actually lost any weight...
Thoughts on 30 day challenge
Throughout the challenge I've learned how to better portion out my meals and to look at the fat content in foods before I eat them. I also learned some discipline. I had to make myself go to the gym when I really didn't want to.
I still have a long way to go and I didn't have a drastic transformation, however, I'm still happy with the progress I've made. I did well starting out with the new diet and working out, but as the month went on and family events came up, I kind of fell off. I'm doing better now!
Day 8, May 13th

I'm working hard so I smile! I also haven't worn this shirt in forever because of how tight it is. It shows ALL of my tummy and back fats.

Today was late day at the gym. Workouts are normally 2 hours long. But we decided to cut it a little short so it was an hour and 15 minutes.
I'm thankful to have my babe help me through the workouts. He motivates me, makes sure I'm hydrated, helps me with my form, and helps me load and unload my barbells when I'm having trouble...what more can I ask😏
