JSEC Challenge 2020 Phase 2: Bao Street
As said in my previous post, my friends commissioned me to work on the logo and overall aesthetic of their food stall for this year’s JSEC Challenge Phase 2. As the proposal for Bao Street got approved by the JSEC committee, several changes were made on the initial proposal to better visualize Hong Kong’s nightscape and neon lights. Product photos were taken by my friend, AV. Bao Street emerged as one of the winners of JSEC Challenge Phase 2.

JSEC Challenge Phase 2 Proposals: Bao Street & Munch
My friends decided to join this year’s JSEC Challenge which is a flagship project of the Ateneo Management Association (AMA) that enables Ateneans to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and strategies. My friends submitted two proposals-- Bao Street and Munch.
Bao Street is inspired by Hong Kong’s street food or ready-to-eat snacks sold by hawkers along the streets of Mong Kok and Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. On the other hand, Munch draws inspiration from food trucks found in the streets of Los Angeles, California.
The JSEC Committee approved of the Bao Street proposal. Several changes were made to the logo and overall aesthetic of the food stall in preparation for the actual competition.
