the other day i saw someone on tiktok asking for reasons to stay in this world, and one reply really stuck with me — it said “stay alive so you can see the sun rise and sun set, so you can see the sun peak through the gray clouds, so you can see the pinks and purples and yellows emanate from the sky, the glow and the warmth of the sun shining on your face."… so i made this illustration inspired by that, never kill yourself! 🌥

As I pushed away from the island my vision grew blurry and the legion grew into a single mass, one entire form stood upon the hill. It waits. It shudders and breathes and waits for you.
