“BURDEN” is out everywhere now
it’s incredible to think that this is my first release ever, and i know this was the right time for me.
this has been three years in the making, pushing to achieve what i truely loved and wanted to share to you. i am beyond grateful for how music feels in my world, i am privileged to to be able to hold the energies that surround and encompass me and form them into what you may hear in this record.
music has always been my centre. my vulnerability. my core. nkyx is me and they’re my darkest parts, i will carve through it to know more. i’ve learnt i need nkyx to survive. this is the most of myself i have put into anything, every aspect chosen to detail. this is all a message, one i have been trying to articulate for a long time now. burden escapes no one. whatever form, it exists and it’s lived through. and mine, is all yours
this album exists due to the many hands of my friends and family, i hold you close, dearly to me. i wanted you to be here, written into these songs, painted into its visuals i wanted you to be apart of this the way that i feel you are a part of me.
