Bridging Culture Through Cinema
The Guild is a brainchild and founded by Jerome Dulin in 2015 to nurture emerging filmmakers and develop audiences for regional independent films. It started by organizing film camps with communities realizing the need to develop the new skills for the youth as well as the need to archive cultural heritage thru cinema.
The programs and activities of the Guild traveled across North Luzon were there are initiatives to create artistic collectives and create audiences for regional cinema. And eventually connected to a a network of film collectives in the Philippines.
North Luzon Cinema Guild, Inc. is committed to support filmmakers and communities driven to highlight local narratives and collective experience to rediscover and showcase the Filipino identity.
