Week one!
Of NLXF is done! Got up nice and early for class at 5 and really hit it hard, wasn't too bad if a workout. Probably a 6.5/10! Lots of supermans and burpees so my back is going to be sore tomorrow! Can't wait to get off work in less then half an hour and I'll be done for the weekend!! Treat day tomorrow and I really wan to make scotcharoos so I might end up doing that. It's been a long but good week for me, going to eat leftovers tonight and enjoy the start to the weekend! :)
So sore..
Day 4 of this session of NLXF! My back/arms were so sore this morning, and I know they're going to still be sore tomorrow too because it was another arm day today. Ugh! It wasn't too too bad but I like to have at least a day in between working my arms or legs really hard, and lately it's been arms. Kickboxing yesterday was all arms so yeah I'll be sore into the weekend because Friday is kickboxing again, so probably mostly all arms. But if everyone else can do it, so can I! I'm going to be ripped come next week, lol. Intensity level For advanced: 6.5-7 Beginner: 7.5-8
Day 3
Of this 10 week session! I decided to sign up for everyday because I was originally signed up for only 3x a week, but I have missed it so much! Anyway, today was our first day if kickboxing. For a returner I thought it would be pretty easy but it was a surprisingly good workout! Every day I'm back I push myself even further and try to get out of my comfort zone. I'm feeling leaner already! :) Intensity level For advanced: 7 For beginner: 8
Day 2
Of NLXF! Arm day with burpees, haha my favorite! I used to hate them so much, but now they’re a piece f cake!
On and off with steps and bands and dumbbells, along with a pyramid of push ups!
Intensity level For advanced: 6.5 For beginner: 7.5-8
A new session of NLXF started today, and I was up b 4:30 and ready to go! Good workout, not too packed either. I wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought, despite eating like crap this weekend.
Heavy cardio with an emphasis on legs. Squats, lunges, lots of ladders and step stuff. From now on I think I’ll be grading the workout based on overall intensity for a returner.

2nd session of NLXF starts tomorrow!
I did my first session in October-December. And now I'm getting ready for my next session that starts tomorrow and ends March 21, 3 days before my 25th birthday! :D Very excited to start! The first session helped me lose 24 pounds and my nutrition was only OK. But if I get my butt in gear this time I could easily lose another 25-30! Excited :D
