04. Nnenna’s bald beauty shot

That first photoshoot was such a success, so many shots turned out great, with Nnenna being one of my ultimate favourite. Unlike most of the other girl, she didn’t go for delicate/dainty routine. I can see strength and power in her eyes, she legitimately looks like a queen. And the combination of the bright crystals with her chocolate skin just create such a beautiful image.

This isn’t the most fashionnable picture in the world, but holy crap is this striking. That emotion is genuine, it is raw, powerful, it pierces through my soul. And in the middle of the tears, Nnenna remain absolutely gorgeous. This is one hell of a photograph.

Nnenna brought out so much genuine emotion and her face photographed beautifully straight on. She brought a great balance of toughness and vulnerability and fully met the brief of the week.

I can’t help but laugh at this photograph. The way Nnenna doesn’t seem to give a damn about her mermaid portrayal just is hilarious. Her interpretation of the brief is so bland and half assed.
