Easy Peanut Butter Pie
8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ Cup powdered sugar
½ Cup creamy peanut butter
6 Tablespoons milk
8 Ounces cool whip, thawed
1 Graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter and mix well. Gradually add milk while mixing. Fold in cool whip. Spoon into crust. Chill 4 hours or more.
A few ideas I had:
You could probably sub any creamy nut butter in place of the peanut butter. For example Nutella, I personally don't like hazelnuts but I know a lot of people do love it.
Melting some chocolate or other flavoured chips and pouring a thin layer in the crust and chilling until firm before adding the pie would probably be really good. Though I'm not really sure how much you would have to melt but you would not want a thick layer that is hard or impossible to cut through.
Adding flavoured chips in before folding in the cool whip would also be good.
Topping with chocolate curls or hot fudge or other chocolate sauce would be a tasty way to add a decoration.
